Responsibilities: 24 x 7 management & Technical support of a global 4000+ node Cisco WAN infrastructure with focus on routers, WAN links, switches. Participation in projects to troubleshoot & manages all network devices.

We maintain and manage the managed services at the customer side (Enhanced Data Services). Identifying global outages which interrupt the customer's service. Responsible for the Customer and Event Management notification/update/resolution. Assigning the trouble ticket whenever customer reports a trouble or if there is any automatic Trouble ticket is
created. To notify customer, working towards the resolution. Perform a quick resolution, dispatch if needed. If unable to figure out the issue & no possibility of a quick resolution then we route the ticket to next level
support. To monitor Apropos Queue (Ticketing Queue) or e-mail for incoming auto-pages this has trouble information. Daily network operations, maintenance and troubleshooting the site related network hardware and software. Perform Disaster Recovery testing. Coordinate with Global Engineering team to ensure all network devices conformed to defined network
standards. Schedule proposed network changes and worked with major business units to identify their impact. Maintain calendars for all planned activities. Ensure that each network change or release is executed according to approved change plan.
Documentation of various Technical activities, which involves procedure while installing a new software, changes made to an existing configuration, raising change requests as & when required.
