1. The DSSSB vide its advertisement no. 03/2019 with closing date 15/10/2019 hadadvertised 637 vacancies (UR-332, OBC-119, SC-115, ST-35, EWS-36 including 13PH (OH) and 14 PH (VH)} for the Post of Assistant Teacher Primary under post code15/19 in Directorate of Education, GNCTD.

2. The written examination (online mode in three shift) Tier-I for recruitment in respectof this post was conducted on llth,13th,14th and 15th November, 2019.

3. DSSSB vide Result Notice No.1015 dated 24/07/2020 has provisionally selected 616candidates for the post of Assistant Teacher Primary under post code 1549 inDirectorate of Education, GNCTD.

4. Fuither candidature of 21 candidates having Roll Nos.11281100880,12331105966,12321115454 and 12331116118 in UR Category, Roll Nos. 12321103272, 11171101189,11121100726, 12321107804, 11151101414, 11221101792, 12331111292 and 11211100634in OBC Category, Roll Nos. 12321112282 and 11161101530 in SC Category, Roll Nos.11111100129, 11161100084, 11171100864, 11211103398 and 11171102631 in EWSCategory, Roll No. 11141100502 in PH(OH) Category and Roll No. 11201102143 inPH(VH) Category were kept pending vide Result Notice No. 1015 dated 24.07.2020for want of deficient/requisite documents. These candidates were directed to uploadtheir deficient documents through their e-dossier module which was active from31/07/2020 to 09/08/2020. Now out of 21 candidates 10 candidates haveuploaded/submitted their deficient/requisite documents in their respective e-dossier. In view of additional documents furnished by these 10 candidates, whosecandidature was kept pending for required documents, after preliminary scrutiny ofthe deficient documents submitted by the candidates, as per the provisions of thestatutory Recruitment Rules and terms and conditions of the advertisement, thefollowing candidates are hereby provisionally nominated as per their merit:

The User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC certificates verified from theissuing authority before his /her appointment. Further, in case of OBC Candidates, itmay also be verified that the candidate does not belongs to creamy layer of theschedule of Govt. of India, DOPT 0. M. No. 3601Z/2ey93-Estt. (SCT) dated08/094993 0. M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09/03/2004 and OM No.36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 14flo/2008 and OM No. 36033AV2013-Estt. (Res) dated27/05/2013 & 13.05.2017.

12. The competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointmentletters to the candidates after being satisfied about his/her eligibility as laid down inthe Recruitment Rules and after verification of the correctness of the informationfurnished in the application form and the documents related to educationqualification, age and other essential certificates as per Government of Indiainstructions issued in this regards vide MHA OM No. Z/29ys4-RPS, 19Alys4.

13. The user Department shall ensure that the appointment made is in conformitywith DOPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issued from time to time.

14. Mere inclusion of the name of candidate in the resultnotice does not confer any rightupon the candidate over the post unless the appointing authority is satisfied aftersuch enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in allrespect for appointment to the Post.

15. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSB reserves theright to rectify errors and omissions, if any detected at any stage.
