The IQAC coordinator briefed about academics at college and also presented a report of
activities conducted in the first quarter of the academic year such as NSS Theater
workshop She mentioned the opening of ERA club and Consortium club and its activities
conducted so far
Decision IQAC members appreciated academic and other activities They congratulated
Mrs Kanetkar and Dr Suman for ERA club and Consortium club respectively

IQAC coordinator presented results of previous examinations held in the academic year
2017middot2018 of UG and PG courses She congratulated all heads for their efforts taken on
academics and also congratulated college rank holder students
Decision The results were analyzed BCom BBA(CA) and BSc Chemistry results
were not satisfactory Concerned Heads are asked to take necessary steps to improve
results
Agenda No4 Review of CIE slow learners and advanced learners
Continuous Internal Evaluation is an important aspect of the teaching and learning
process Heads of Science and Commerce departments briefed about GIE methods of
individual departments
Decision Each department has flexibility in CIE conduction Each department should
follow GIE guidelines given by SPPU and IQAG However they should stick to academic
calendar Evaluation helps in finding out slow learners and advanced learners Remedial
coaching should be arranged for slow learners Special guidance for participation in
competitions competitive examinations motivating students for participation in technical
workshops seminars conferences are suggested

Bridge courses are proposed to enrich the academic knowledge of students
Decision All agreed to start bridge courses Heads are instructed to design and execute
bridge courses of the relevant subject The courses are to be scheduled either in
September or in DecemberJanuary
Agenda No6 Conduction of Gender equality activities
College has had an active Woman Empowerment Cell functioning since the academic
year 2016-2017 Many activities are benefitting the girl students Dr Ramane presented
the proposal of this years activities which were put forwarded by Ms Sheetal Gaur
Coordinator Women Empowerment Cell Activities such as Self defense training
lawsafety guest lecture organization orphanage visit and for physical fitness
yoga-meditation sessions Zumba Aerobics sessions are proposed
Decision Members appreciated the efforts and activities conducted by this cell Activity
proposals are approved by all members For financial assistance the proposal of training
program of physical fitness and self defense will be submitted to SWO SPPU under
Nirbhay Kanya scheme
Agenda 7 Organization of workshopseminarsoft skill courses for Students
Organization of workshopsseminars soft skills courses always support the
curriculum It helps to build up confidence amongst students and exposes them to
advanced technology
Dr Ramane briefed about the Soft Skill Course conducted since the last two years in
association with Nandi Foundation She proposed to conduct the same as the
students feedback was very good
She further proposed the organization of a workshop on Disaster Management
Decision Members suggested that each department should conduct at least two
events relevant to their programs

Foundation Mrs Nilima Dhokane coordinator or should conduct Value added

Members accepted the proposal of a workshop on Disaster Management
Suggested that Dr Londhe and Mr Pratik Khedakar should organize it under the
guidance of an IQAC coordinator Mr Ankit Anand president of Student Council
should assist during the organization

The placement report of the academic year 2017-2018 submitted to IQAC by Mr Rahul
Tahmane TPO of college The plan of the cells activities for year 2018-19 was prepared
under the guidance of the IQAC coordinator and put forward for approval Plan includes
multiple training sessions for students such as personality development resume building
aptitude and technical sessions
Decision Committee members congratulated Mr Rahul Tahmane for his positive efforts
taken for growth of the cell The committee has approved the T amp P cell plan of training
sessions to support the current needs of industry As per the forecast it will benefit in
increasing the number of placements Committee also advised to organize more on
campus or off campus drives

Bridge courses are proposed to enrich the academic knowledge of students
Decision All agreed to start bridge courses Heads are instructed to design and execute
bridge courses of the relevant subject The courses are to be scheduled either in

College has had an active Woman Empowerment Cell functioning since the academic
year 2016-2017 Many activities are benefitting the girl students Dr Ramane presented
the proposal of this years activities which were put forwarded by Ms Sheetal Gaur
Coordinator Women Empowerment Cell Activities such as Self defense training
lawsafety guest lecture organization orphanage visit and for physical fitness
yoga-meditation sessions Zumba Aerobics sessions are proposed
Decision Members appreciated the efforts and activities conducted by this cell Activity
proposals are approved by all members For financial assistance the proposal of training
program of physical fitness and self defense will be submitted to SWO SPPU under
Nirbhay Kanya scheme
Agenda 7 Organization of workshopseminarsoft skill courses for Students
Organization of workshopsseminars soft skills courses always support the
curriculum It helps to build up confidence amongst students and exposes them to
advanced technology
Dr Ramane briefed about the Soft Skill Course conducted since the last two years in
association with Nandi Foundation She proposed to conduct the same as the
students feedback was very good
She further proposed the organization of a workshop on Disaster Management
Decision Members suggested that each department should conduct at least two
events relevant to their programs

Tahmane TPO of college The plan of the cells activities for year 2018-19 was prepared
under the guidance of the IQAC coordinator and put forward for approval Plan includes
multiple training sessions for students such as personality development resume building
aptitude and technical sessions
Decision Committee members congratulated Mr Rahul Tahmane for his positive efforts
taken for growth of the cell The committee has approved the T amp P cell plan of training
sessions to support the current needs of industry As per the forecast it will benefit in
increasing the number of placements Committee also advised to organize more on
campus or off campus drives

The placement report of the academic year 2017-2018 submitted to IQAC by Mr Rahul
Tahmane TPO of college The plan of the cells activities for year 2018-19 was prepared
under the guidance of the IQAC coordinator and put forward for approval Plan includes
multiple training sessions for students such as personality development resume building
aptitude and technical sessions
Decision Committee members congratulated Mr Rahul Tahmane for his positive efforts
taken for growth of the cell The committee has approved the T amp P cell plan of training
sessions to support the current needs of industry As per the forecast it will benefit in
increasing the number of placements Committee also advised to organize more on
campus or off campus drives

and arrange lectures on career counseling
Decision IQAC suggested motivating students for competitive examinations like PUSA
Madhavan SPEED of statistics mathematics and electronic subjects
