B. THE SITE WORK SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A PARTIAL SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE NEW LAB BUILDING AND THE RENOVATED BUILDING 643.
