BLOOD PRESSURE CUFF LINER(SINGLE USE DISPOSABLE)

*ONE SIZE FITS ALL*

A disposable cover or liner platform (BPCP/Blood Pressure Cuff Platform) independent of the

cuff itself, for use with all standard cuffs of blood pressure measuring devices (sphygmomanometers).

The use of the cover prevents cross contamination between users and possible hematomas from continuous use of monitoring equipment, protects damaged skin from bacteria on the cuff and prolongs the useful life of the cuff.

The BPCP disposable cuff is comprised of at least two layers, a first layer of a non-woven web which allows moisture to collect and hold moisture; and the second or outer layer of thin vapor-proof plastic. The vapor-proof plastic side also has a low-tack adhesive with a peel-off protector applied to either end (none in the middle so it is ambidextrous). The cover/liner can be first secured to the patient’s skin with either end of the cuff with the adhesive to act as an anchor point; while the remaining material is wrapped around the extremity prior to the application of the blood pressure measuring device.

• Affordable Contamination Control.

• Excellent barrier; protects patient from contaminated cuff.

• Ease of application accommodates emergency situations.

BPCP Size / Measurements:18 inches x 5.5 inches with Adhesive Tape on end(s) - 1.5cm Width x 4 cm Length.

BPCP Material Contents:1. Inner vapor-proof layer – Polyethylene;

2. Outer non-woven layer - 100% wood pulp paper.

STETHOSCOPE BARRIERS

“Do we disinfect stethoscopes? Use disposables?

Not with our time and budget constraints.”

• Nurses: it takes seconds to apply and is removed just as easily.

• Infection control personnel: it’s the newest tool.

• Materials management: it’s much more cost effective than disposable stethoscopes. In fact, the Stethoscope Barrier costs 97% less than disposable stethoscopes.

LIMB PROTECTORSTHE SHOWERING ACCESSORY THAT IS SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE AND AFFORDABLE

Double Feature

A non-latex elastic band is encased at the top edge of each protector to prevent initial water entry during a showering procedure. A second band is placed a distance from the first band, forming an inner seal and ‘ledge’ to catch any trickles that may pass through the upper band. This special patented double feature creates a simple, yet effective barrier for protection from moisture or other contaminants.

Tubular plastic

The absence of side seams extends the longevity of the protector by preventing seam splits.

Easy to Use

No need for lengthy instructions or added straps, tape, tourniquets or extra hands. Simply put it on, creating space between the bands to form the special ledge, and shower!

Non-slip Poly

This specially chosen non-slip poly film is unique to our leg products, providing a clear view of the site at all times. It also acts as an extra safety precaution for use on wet surfaces.

Reinforced Seal

Extra reinforcement at the end seal ensures against leakage from pooling water.

I.V. SAFETY CUFF“THE” I.V. LINE SUPPORT PLATFORM

Forearm Protection Against I.V. Line Tape Induced:• Skin Tears• Skin Allergies• Unintentional Not-So-Gentle Hair Removal

Hygienic, Single-use Disposable, Ambidextrous, Hypo-Allergenic, 100% Biodegradable, One Size Fits All (Small Children To Very Large Adults)

A practical, low cost, field tested answer to a hugely ignored, under-reported and costly problem.

1. Totally eliminates painful removal of tape due to Skin Tears and/or Hair Loss. This is especially true with concern to elderly and diabetic patients, although it effects everyone.

2. Totally eliminates Allergic Tape Reactions or Sensitivities. 3. Totally eliminates a potential source of entry through skin

tears by various Skin Borne Pathogens like MRSA. 4. Allows skin to breath under the platform reducing

potential for surface deterioration. 5. Stable yet flexible platform for I.V. tubing - allowing for

greater range of motion, peace of mind and comfort of the forearm, wrist and hand.

6. I.V. Safety Cuff is "simply the most intelligent, and caring way to secure an I.V. line - period!"As you will see for yourself, I.V. Safety Cuff should be on every I.V. cart as a minimum standard of care practice.

7. Upgrades level of patient care and comfort. Payne-Martin Category III Forearm Skin Tear from Adhesive Tape.

An I.V. Safety Cuff Would Have Prevented This From Occurring.
