Shore Duty : Place for Information Technology (IT) ratings ashore displaced by NMCI

Contractual : Provide latest commercial IT training & certification & Integrate Sailors & Marines at Network Operations Centers

Current Readiness : Highly trained, professionally certified, and experienced Sailors to run Network Operations Center -- increases capability, decreases response time, & increases readiness of Navy & USMC under NMCI

Future Readiness : Return IT21 “Top Guns” to the Fleet
