OverviewNew Jersey Lawyers Service (NJLS) was

established in 1929. In the past few decades,

we began offering service of process to select

clients. Today we provide

to hundreds of law firms that need

professional, diligent and timely delivery of

litigation papers. Our mission is to quickly and

cost-effectively “get their jobs done,” inspiring

confidence in our expertise and expert

knowledge of court rules.

NJLS Process Service has been recognized

for its quality and effectiveness, receiving the

“Best Process Server” seal in the 2013 and

2014 Readers

Rankings survey. We offer unlimited

attempts, the most complete affidavits in the

industry and no hidden fees.

NJLS Process Service serves state, federal, civil and family court matters. We have more than a

dozen full-time experienced servers, including former law enforcement officials. We serve papers

in all 50 states and 27 foreign countries, using our network of professional process serving

agencies, including our affiliate , which is headquartered in Manhattan

and has an office in Brooklyn.

To accommodate the growing process service needs of NJLS’ clients, NJLS acquired AM PM

Process Servers in April 2014. AM PM’s president now manages all of the NJLS Process Service

offerings.

Clients can use NJLS’ Client Login for 24/7 online tracking and an instant view of the affidavit of

service (AOS), proving the service was executed. The online information also highlights attempts.

Clients can print copies of the filed affidavits. There are several drop-down menus on the Client

Login site to speed searching. For instance, with process service searches, there are drop-down

menus for “Matter Number” (a client’s internal file number), Court Case Number, NJLS’ Order

Number, Recipient, Defendant and Plaintiff.

Personal service is made in a manner and means appropriate for the service of legal process and

in conformity with all laws, regulations and Rules of Court. Upon completion of service, NJLS will

return an AOS as proof of our service on the named individual or business which is ready for filing

in the court where the action is pending. NJLS will even file the affidavit for you and send you a

stamped copy—saving you the time and trouble.

If you require additional services, NJLS provides inexpensive skip-tracing services.

NJLS is a member of the New Jersey Professional Process Servers (NJPPSA) and the National

Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS).
