Nissan Clean India Pvt Ltd is founded in 1994 and based in Ahmedabad is the

leading manufacturer of Brushing, Cleaning & Automatic Vehicle Wash Systems;

offering various Industrial cleaning equipments & vehicle washing solutions to its

clients in each industry.

Our company is an ISO 9001:2008 and internationally Nissan Clean India is the

member of International car wash association, an organization based in USA.

Company is also registered with NSIC (National Small Industries Corp)

Considering Vehicle Wash applications...we specialize in manufacturing various

types‟ of vehicle wash systems in Roll over‟s & High pressure models in Car wash, Bus

wash, Truck wash, Coach wash plant and other vehicle wash related accessories.

We manufacture machineries for many Industries & also make SPM (Special Purpose

Machinery), But Nissan Clean India later diversified the Business towards the “Vehicle

Wash Industry” since last 12 years, Our Philosophy now is to design and engineer

Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Company has its own R&D Facility and Team at premises.

Company has its own Electrical Panel manufacturing workshop at premises.

Company has a sufficient & required numbers of machinery and tools to

manufacture products as per orders & as per delivery time stated.

Company has a sufficient staffs, manpower & sub – contractor to manufacture the

components, machines etc.

Company measures all Environment, Health and Safety & Registered with municipal

corporation of Ahmedabad.

Currently at our full fledged workshop we are manufacturing with our Automatic Bus

wash system, 3 Brush Automatic car wash system, High Pressure car wash system,

Under chassis wash systems & other cleaning equipments as per our current orders.

The company is An ISO 9001: 2008 Certified since its establishment.

Our Quality Control Process are mentioned below:

Design Stage: At this stage each & every drawing is checked for itsperformance using CAD Software and goes through accurate process

before its finalized. The trial model is manufactured and tested for its

performance.

Raw Materials: The raw materials are inspected by our engineers and

ordered from the selected vendors only. Additionally there is an incoming

quality inspection which includes material test certificates, test reports,

performance certificates etc are demanded if required.

Production Stage: There is 100% Inspection of each and every

manufactured part for its usage. The materials are logged in the ERP System

through which every minutest part is tracked down for its manufacturing

date.

QUALITY Cont….

Assembly Stage: The equipment is tested for its functionality once it is completely

assembled; during Mass Production the components are tested carefully and

assembly, test and trial is done at sites.

Testing of Electrical Components: Whilst mechanical components are check with our

quality control employee, meanwhile control panels, motors & other electrical

components are tested at our separate electrical house.

Packing & Dispatch: The equipment is packed in a semi – assembled form andloaded carefully in Goods Carrier; The semi – assembled form will help reduces

testing for its functionality once it is completely assembled & it also helps for quick

installation at site.

In Technology and Innovation:

Automatic Car wash concept was born in western countries and after Looking at some foreign made

technologically sound systems, learning about the concept & later putting our own innovation and skills in an

Indian make car wash systems is nevertheless than other foreign made systems; with the help of other sound &

experienced engineers staffs, technology in market, open exposure etc.

we managed to increased our capability to manufacture various vehicle wash systems. It is been looked by

Mr. Kapil Sumariya (BE. Mechanical – Degree) having more than 10 years +plus experience into Industrial line;

previously worked in sister concern company “Brush India Mfg Pvt Ltd” as a Production – Director & now

working with Nissan Clean India Pvt Ltd.

In Research and Development:

With the help of above “Technology & Innovation”, our R&D team have achieved that skills to implement and

test various types of components into our new developing systems and assuring that it works perfectly. Rests

are only assured after many trials has been taken in to the system. The R&D team is been lead by the

production director who is having a excellent field experience.
