The Objective: At Imperial Wharf we were asked to replace a faulty top shaft AOV system.
What was Achieved?• We proposed and designed a replacement AOV housing & installed this on the rooftop. • Commissioned a fully compliant system.

The Objective: Nirvana were instructed to survey communal balconies which had damaged surfaces.
What Was Achieved?• Resurfaced balconies with new durable surfacing
