OFFICESThe NIP Business Center is a Grade A office facility consisting of four office blocks that have been built for companies involved in sourcing, sales, services, engineering, design and innovation as well as for entrepreneurs and start-ups.

The office layout is flexible and functional with the interior exhibiting the best of Scandinavian design – light and minimalistic based on natural and sustainable materials such as bamboo, wood, stone and glass. The exterior consists of a double layered curtain wall glass facade with low energy glazing.

Offices are offered fully decorated and serviced or delivered undecorated.

NINGBONingbo Municipality has a total population of 10 million with 2.5 million in Ningbo City. Ningbo is a modern and fast-growing port city boasting the best that China has to offer. The city is located along three rivers with beautiful parks, and can be easily explored due to its compact layout. And there is also easy access to the nearby sea and surrounding mountains, lakes and rivers.

Ningbo has a rich and longstanding tradition of international trade and entrepreneurship. Ningbo is ideal for foreign companies due to its excellent location, good infrastructure and strong support by the local authorities, and the area offers a diversified industrial base with a qualified and skilled labor market.

From Ningbo City you have two-and-half hour’s drive by car to Shanghai by crossing the Hangzhou Bay Bridge. Shanghai can also be reached by high-speed train via Hangzhou which currently takes less than three hours.

NIP is located 25 kilometers from Ningbo Port which is Mainland China’s 2nd largest in cargo throughput and 3rd largest in TEUs. Ningbo Lishe Airport is 30 kilometers away with daily flights to all major cities of China. International flights include Hong Kong, Macao, Taipei and Singapore.

NIP is located in the Zhenhai district 30 minutes drive from downtown Ningbo. Access to the inner ring-road system is just one kilometer away from NIP with direct access to Ningbo City. The outer ring-road system is two kilometers away with direct access to the highway system connecting Ningbo to Hangzhou and Shanghai.

The Ningbo Subway currently under construction will make Ningbo even more accessible. A subway station is planned at NIP.
