Mr. Jaiprakash Kabra Mrs. Nirmala Mehendale
oth J B Kabra and Nirmala Mehendale have rich and varied experience of around 18 years in every facet of Man Management. They have held managerial position in companies like M/s. ION Exchange (I) Ltd, Polychem Ltd. and Godrej Soaps. They are ably supported by a strong team of competent professionals.
Mind Movers Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd was established in April 1997 by Mr. J B Kabra and Mrs. Nirmala Mehendale, who are an excellent blend of academics and industry. Our both directors have more than one and half decades of experience. They have handled all facets of man management in glass, chemicals, consumer goods, and logistics which included manpower planning, talent acquisition, introduction of innovative performance management system, compensation management, handling delicate IR/ER issues, legal compliances etc Both directors have rich academic experience gained by being faculty for many management institutes in and around Mumbai. Our directors therefore uniquely combine academics with industry experience and understand sensitivity of employees issues. Mind Movers have their corporate headquarters at Eastern suburb (Thane) & Western suburb (Vile Parle).

OUTBOUND TRAINING:
We specialize in “2 1/2 day Team Building Workout”- an innovatively designed Outbound training. Outbound activities enhance character, mental alertness and leadership qualities. These programs help participants discover their inner strengths and resources & dispose self imposed limitations. Undergoing these modules will help participants to form cohesive team with empathy for each other and approach of Win-Win. Our competence & capabilities and apt briefing & debriefing makes these adventure activities into memorable learning experience. O D activities are suitably picked to learn principles of self-development and management development. Since we work with our clients from design stage, our programs ensure desired results. Our programs are safe. We take every possible precaution to overcome any possible subjective danger. These activities can be undertaken by participants of any age group. We have all the first aid and medical facilities to take care of any emergencies. Our trainers are expert mountaineers. In fact, Mr. Kelkar, our principal architect of OD program is a Shiv Chhatrapati Award Winner in the area of mountaineering. Other facilitators are equally trained and are highly skilled. Experienced group facilitator and coach .She has a thorough understanding of the importance of the human factor at work and the demands of the global work place. Widely traveled, she sees it as a way to enrich and open her mind to diverse issues. Visiting faculty for Post Graduate diploma courses in Human Resource Management, Two terms Secretary of Bombay Management Association Training competency: Conducted over 1200 in-house workshops for employees of medium and large organisations in the service and manufacturing sector.
