First Shared Portfolio:

Scanned Document & Word Document• Does the element have a reflection statement?

• Is the reflection statement adequate?• Does it explain context, importance, relationship of

artifacts?

• Does it demonstrate consideration about decisions made, lessons learned, improvements desired?

• Is reflection statement located in text box?

• Is element named correctly?

• Is element placed correctly?

• Is at least one artifact included per element?
