�  QUICK-LOOK AT THE 31 FIELDS UP FOR BIDS IN THE NIGERIAN MARGINAL FIELD LICENSING ROUND 2013.

�  A quick look analysis of the 31 fields up for the Nigerian Marginal Field Licensing Round 2013 has been concluded by Westpaq, an overview of the 31 fields are reproduced in the table below.

General Summary  

•  DPR data indicates 2.4 billion bbl OIP are on offer in the 31 fields. (Our Resource Evaluation is significantly smaller at about 1.5 billion Barrels OIP)

•  Of the 31 fields on offer in the various OML’s, our resource assessment indicates that about 5 of the Licenses still hold significant Oil volumes. Significant GIP volumes are

remarkably more across the 31 fields

•  A few of the blocks in the round hold about 50% of the volumes on offer
