• The Fiscal Year 2018 (10/1/2017 to 9/30/2018) financial report is open and available to report on.

• The FY18 report is due 1 February 2019. • The next reminder email will be sent out 30 days prior

to the 1 February deadline. • Failure to submit a financial report may result in funding

being withheld

• The Summary PDF is the summary for the entire REEport site.

• This is intuitive for a partner site because the Financial Administrator submits for all projects, and sees a summary PDF for all projects.

REEport Financial Report

• The summary PDF is not as useful for Independent sites because they can only view the projects they are named on.

• If an Independent site has 5 projects with 5 different Project directors, each project director would see and submit a report for 1 project. The summary PDF would show the total for all 5 projects.

So how does a PD at an independent site see what they submitted?

• Answer: The PDF next to the individual project.

• Keep User Accounts and Authorizing Signatures Up-to-Date

• NIFA uses this to maintain current contact info for Site Admins, Financial Admins, and Deans & Directors

• Update Site Admin and Financial Admin user info in Portal.• Helpful Hint: In addition to disabling a user account, also

remember to remove the SA or FA role in order to discontinue auto-email notifications.
