ONE NIGHT

One night in ancient times, three horsemen wereriding across the desert. As they crossed the dry

bed of a river, out of the darkness a voicecommanded, Halt.

They obeyed. The voice then told them to dismount,fill their pockets with pebbles and remount.

You have done as I commanded, said the voice.Tomorrow at sun-up, you will be both glad and

sorry.

Puzzled, the men rode on. At sun-up they reached intheir pockets and found a miracle had happened.

The pebbles had been turned into diamonds, rubiesand other precious stones.

It is true they were both glad and sorry glad they

had taken some and sorry they had not taken more.

And so it is with life insurance.

On the day it is neededand that day is as certain asdeath or old age-you or your family will be glad youhad some insurance and sorry you did not havemore.

Inflammation, said the doctor.Inattention, said the boss.Incurable, said the hospital.Incredible, said the mourners.Interned, said the mortician.In Peace, said the headstone.Insurance?, asked the neighbours.

YOU MUST PROVIDE.

You must provide the Scriptures say,For your own house and kin,And, if you fail, you have denied

The faith that dwells therein.

There is a way that cannot fail,Whose methods are well known,

That solves the problems for your houseYou cant do it alone.

Insurance is the proven wayTo do this little job for you;And if you live, or if you die,

Insurance sees it through.

Dont fail the sacred trust you haveFor those you hold dear!

Your God and mine expects of usProvision while we are here.

AN AGENTS PRAYER.

O God, I pray, please give me strengthTo go on doing what seems to have no end.

I need courage to fight all the oddsTo accept the nos and still not fall short.

I know death is sure, death must come;I must somehow secure everyones income.

Every breadwinner must be insured, its only rightSo that every child, every widows future may be bright.

O God, Oh please, please do help me alongSo that others may not suffer because one life is gone.

Let the road be hard, let the weather be cold or hot;

Give me endurance to see people; let me waste time not.

Thank you God for giving me the opportunity to serveTo be a part of life insurance which is a gift of love.

If I have to choose wealth, honour and fame,Ill choose none; Ill be an agent, just the same.

If I have to live my life all over againIll still be an insurance agent, my professionll not change.
