BUDGET CONTROL & TIME MANAGEMENT

Very clear budget guidance provided – be clear with partners that admin, dissemination, impact evaluation etc is included in project management and NOT IN IOs !

Prepare a budget template in excelwith days allocation per IO –researcher, teacher, trainer – clarity from the outset

• The Gantt Chart is a powerful tool – use from application to project completion 

• Demonstrate capacity of lead partner to manage the budget –give evidence 

• Emphasise use of smart tools

Absolutely critical  ‐ clear indicators for all IOs, dissemination, impact 

Appoint one partner as Internal Evaluator and if budget allows include an External Evaluator 

Commit to a Quality Management and Evaluation Plan – think through and summarise what this should be – link it to your indicators
