NICCO Timber Windows and Doors was founded in 1998 by Nicholas Toskas. It is now a second

generation business with Nick’s sons John and Con Toskas who took over the reins guiding the

business some years ago. There are now over 40 employees and NICCO occupies a state-of-the-

art 3,000 square metre manufacturing facility.

BELLEVUE HILL PROJECT

When the builder embarked on the exciting Bellevue Hill project he transformed a brick

house into a modern elegant two story home. Situated in an ideal pocket of Bellevue Hill this

contemporary four bedroom, two bathroom home has two car spaces and sits on 627m2.

The windows and doors were supplied by NICCO Timber Windows and Doors. They include

double hung windows, fixed glass windows, bifold doors, sliding doors, and single and double

doors. NICCO has a longstanding relationship with the builder.

CHALLENGESThe project had Large complex windows that required custom hardware. NICCO solved the

problem by sourcing specialised hardware that could handle the sash weight of the extra large

double hung windows. There were tall doors that required NICCO to increase the thickness of

the door panels and heavy duty bifold hardware needed to be sourced separately.

One of the standout attributes of NICCO is their ability to help solve problems quickly, which

makes them a valuable asset on any build. NICCO are experts in the field and that knowledge
