Who is this programme aimed at?

The programme is focused on Primary Care staff, who have been in post for at least 6 months, as they will be required to demonstrate potential and ability to deliver outcomes ensuring patient safety and positive patient experience in a changing and challenging NHS.

The Programme

This innovative 5 day programme has been designed to help Primary Care staff to deliver more effective leadership within their practices and the wider healthcare System. It is a personalised approach to developing and strengthening leadership qualities which will give participants competence, confidence and motivation to build on their existing skills.

With access to coaching and leadership diagnostics such as Myers Briggs Personality Questionnaire (MBTI) and a leadership multi-source Leadership Framework 360º feedback.
