Kaye’s KoreroKia ora whanau.I really want to extend a big thanks to you all for ensuring your children are at school in time in the morning and, if they are sick, letting us know. We are also really pleased that when children have been late they have come into the office to let us know they have arrived; this helps our systems immensely. It makes a difference to a child’s day when they start off the day with everyone feeling included and joining in that special ‘together’ time first thing. We feel it sets the tone for the day for many children. Attendance is very good at our school which is an indicator that children are happy to come to school—always a big help!Please keep remembering to update contact details if you have a change so we can contact you if we need you.Thanks again everyoneNga mihi nui
Calling anyone who can help paint...We have started to paint the corridors of the junior block to brighten and freshen it up and we need some help to do it. Who can help us? We would like to do it across a few weekends (or we could wait until the holidays).If you would like to help could you please either let me know on [email protected] or send back the tear-off.

School donationSchool donations are welcomed at any time during the year. They are $25 per child or $40 per family. These donations are a great help to us, covering extra things like subsidising buses for trips,extra-curricular activity e.g. Stepping Out. Please send these along when you are able, or deposit in the school’s account:01 0546 0124048 00 with your family name in the “Reference” field.Feel like a night off cooking this week?
