Proven Strength & DurabilityParker has impact-tested the coating, showing it improves the lie o thecylinder up to 5x longer than competitors products. Horizontal andvertical seal wear tests ran 800,000 combined leak-ree cycles and showedsuperior perormance in environmental chamber tests. Corrosion testingagainst the harsh Juice associated with Reuse Industry resulted in the

cylinders withstanding 1500 hours in the ASM B117 Salt Spray and 200hours with no ailure in the ASM B368 CASS (Copper Accelerated AceticAcid Salt Spray). Nano Shield echnology by Parker provides up to 7x thelongevity o Chrome and Nitride treated suraces.

Te nano-crystalline structure o the coating protects against abrasive wear(up to 50% lower) and oers a superior coefcient o riction and slidingwear perormance compared to hard chrome. Tis structure extends thelie o the coating and rod seals and improves adhesion and ductility.

Te high strength tubing and rod material is 20% stronger and 4x harderthan standard 1026 DOM. Parker testing revealed no damage rom anequivalent impact orce o 4,000 lbs (typical orce generated by a shovel
