NGB-E is an industry-leading integrated access workstation including CATV,

GEPON and EoC subsystems. It integrates ONU, CATV optical receiver, EoC

master and EoC network modules, provides Ethernet-based signal conversion

among GEPON signal, CATV signal and EoC signal, and implements integrated

service access like video, voice, data etc. It is an ideal solution for NGB

network.

The product includes 1 ONU data module, 1 CATV optical receiver module, 1

or 2 active EoC master module and EoC network management module, and

supports unified network management based on SNMP of all modules.

ONU module is a cost-effective terminal for GEPON system. Linked up with

VISTA1600 OLT, it provides 4 10/100Mbps RJ45 ports for high-speed data and

video services.

EOC module complies with the HPNA 3.1 (ITU-TG.9954) international

standard, features fast data communication, high reliability and good QoS

guarantee. It supports a variety of IP interactive services (such as HSD, VoIP,

IPTV, etc.) with strong network management.

CATV module is mainly used to transmit full-band cable television signals

(PAL/NTSC analog or Digital). It suits FTTB application.

NGB-E utilizes the existing cable network and future development trends,

and supports IPTV multicast, interactive television, broadband Internet

access, IP telephony, interactive games and other services. It features

multi-function, high integration, small size, unified network management

and easy installation and maintenance.
