This Qualifications Guide provides key information on the regulated qualifications offered by NFoPP Awarding Body, including who they are for, what they cover, and any entry requirements. For more detailed information, including costs and syllabuses, please visit our website www.nfopp-awardingbody.co.uk

NFoPP Awarding Body is regulated by Ofqual in England and Northern Ireland and Qualifications Wales in Wales and offers qualifications in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Our qualifications are not only recognised within the sectors as the premier qualifications within the property industry but are also accepted for membership of various professional bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS WE OFFERWe offer qualifications at levels 2, 3 and 4 (levels 5, 6 and 7 in Scotland) in the following sectors:

WHAT DO THE LEVELS MEAN?Level 2 (Level 5 in Scotland) qualifications are equivalent to GCSE standard and are a good starting point if you have no knowledge within the subject area. It is not compulsory to begin at this level.

Level 3 (Level 6 in Scotland) qualifications are equivalent to ‘A’ level standard and are perfect for those working within the sector but holding no formally recognised qualifications.

Level 4 (Level 7 in Scotland) qualifications are equivalent to ‘Certificate of Higher Education’. Learners need to hold the level 3 (level 6 in Scotland) in order to undertake this higher level qualification. The level 3 demonstrates the required knowledge, which is then built upon within the level 4 (level 7 in Scotland).

All NFoPP Awarding Body qualifications can be completed through home study and our preferred supplier, MOL produces quality supporting materials for those who wish to purchase a training course. Alternatively, you can undertake self-study/research and can download the current syllabus from the NFoPP Awarding Body website.
