On Nexalin Technology’s Recent Explosive Growth!In fact, over the past 10 weeks we have doubled our business. This

“Shareholder Update” is packed with great news for our investors. In

addition to all the new devices we have placed in Nexalin Therapy

Centers across the US (and now Germany), the future looks even

brighter with the new distributors. In just the last week so much more

has happened that we can’t stay current with the updates and

therefore we have lots more to share in future updates. In summary,

it’s an exciting time to be involved with Nexalin and we can’t wait to

see what tomorrow will bring.

Because the company was not progressing as quickly as we would

all like, in June we instituted a significant restructuring plan that

began with a newly focused corporate philosophy, corporate

protocols, and a change in deployment of our staff. The results have

been phenomenal. I have taken an active role in every detail relating to

our growth model. I believe this has significantly promoted our recent

success. But the accolades belong to the new Medical Advisory

Board. Recently Mark White (V.P. of Operations) and I initiated regular

conference calls attended by our advisory board. On these calls our

advisory board made it very clear that our past results not only

continue but now continue over a broader and larger patient

population.

The enthusiasm that each and every member of our advisory board

brought to our meeting united the personnel of the company,

reinforcing all of our commitments to Nexalin, and most importantly

helping us to all function as a dynamic team. We now have a

tremendous amount of talent in Nexalin and our efforts are reflected

in this update.

We are enjoying the biggest explosion of growth in Nexalin’s history

and fully expect to continue to grow at this very rapid rate. The

expansion has been led by Mark White, a true road warrior, traveling

from coast to coast as interest in Nexalin escalates. (See Mark White

Over the last 8 weeks, Nexalin has expanded at an incredible pace. In

that short time we have added 24 devices in 13 locations. This brings

Nexalin’s total numbers to 54 devices, 34 Nexalin Therapy Centers,

14 states and a first international location in Munich, Germany.

The following update will introduce you to our new centers, update

our national and now international footprint, introduce you to our new

distributors and our medical advisory board and finally introduce you

to Nexalin’s’ Peak Performance Model. Most of all, this update

should reinforce the original decision you made to invest in Nexalin.

biofeedback since 1990. He is a licensed and certified psychotherapist, a

He has presented at state, national, and international conferences and has

Nexalin is currently engaged in two clinical trials both being located in

Florida. The first is a comparative study presented by Behavioral

Health of the Palm Beaches. Comprised of accomplished and

published mental health experts, their research department plays a

large role in the development of the specialized programs. This has

helped them to make new innovations in treatment based on

evidence-based best practices. The research professionals have

been recognized worldwide for contributions to behavioral health

care.

In addition, the Research, Education, and Assessment Department

has published journal articles and presented at numerous

conferences on a broad scope of issues related to addiction care and

mental health. These topics range from the treatment of trauma-

related addiction to the role of spirituality in addiction care. The

research has permitted a significant positive impact and has gotten

positive feedback from mental health experts all over the world.

Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches frequently works with Florida

Atlantic University in their research and in the publication of their

findings.

The second study is being conducted at NeuroRecovery in Boynton

Beach, Florida. This clinical trial is being performed at one of our

current contract clinics and run by Dr. Lisa Cicetti Psy.D. LMHC, and

Michael Gismondi, LMHC. Together they conduct an average of 100

research treatments alone each month for an opiate dependent

population.

Since last September, NeuroRecovery has featured Nexalin in its

clinic and has observed an 80% response rate in patients, with a 90%

reduction in insomnia symptoms, 85% reduction in anxiety, and a

75% reduction in depression symptoms. It is the belief of Dr. Cicetti

search engine indexing rules in how search engines interpret and

give high rankings to web sites. This includes the use of proprietary

semantic analysis software to decompile search engine algorithm

rules. To achieve this, they use advanced computer science

techniques, advanced SEO techniques, interpretation and

understanding of multiple patents on the subject, and the testing and

application of same in real-world web site examples. Chris Lewis

also held positions as President at Newscharts Inc. and CEO at

Topclick International Inc. Both companies were related to internet

information indexing.

During his visit to New Jersey, Mark White was privileged to present

St. Louis

August 6-8, Mark White was in St. Louis attending the 9th annual

National Veterans Small Business Conference (NVSBC). The

conference will be presented by the Department of Veterans Affairs,

in collaboration with other federal agencies and commercial

partners. This event is an opportunity for small businesses to

connect directly with Government Procurement Decision Makers and

business partners. NVSBC is the VA's largest nationwide conference

and the premier government event designed to help small

businesses maximize opportunities to compete for and win new

business.

The event consisted of all levels of federal, state, and local

government agencies, the small business community, prime

contractors, research institutions, large businesses, Veterans, and

entrepreneurs. Mark White will be joined at the conference by one of

our newest distributors, Gregory Wappel of Audaxt Technology

Solutions. Mr. Wappel assists in making introductions to heads of

government agencies in addition to procuring opportunities directly

from federal program managers and contracting officers.

New Jersey

Mark White, Joel Bradus and David Rothman will conduct a “Lunch

and Learn” session on Nexalin Advanced Therapy with 13 Healthcare

Professionals at Carrier Clinic on August 15 at the Belle Mead, NJ

location.
