    Management has reviewed the University fees for Postgraduate, Undergraduate; and

    Non-degree programs as shown in the attached tables. The fees will come into effect

    from academic year 2015/2016. THE TUITION FEE FOR UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE

    PROGRAMMES ARE STILL BEING HARMONIZED BY TANZANIA COMMISSION FOR

    1.1. Stipend and other Allowances

    These are proposed indicative fees to meet subsistence allowances for PhD programs

    directly payable to students accounts. The figures serve as a benchmark towards

    meeting day to day costs incurred by the student. However, depending on the source

    and capability, the sponsor can pay over and above of the suggested amount. The

    indicative fees are as shown in table 9 below.

    1.2. Research Funds

    These are proposed research funds to meet costs of research for PhD programs

    directly payable to students accounts. The figures serve as a benchmark towards

    meeting research activities for the four years of study. However, depending on the

    source and capability, the sponsor can pay over and above of the suggested amount.

    The indicative figures are as shown in table 10 below.

    These are proposed indicative fees to meet subsistence allowances for master

    degree programs directly payable to students accounts. The figures serve as a

    benchmark towards meeting day to day costs incurred by the student. However,

    depending on the source and capability, the sponsor can pay over and above of the

    suggested amount. The indicative fees are as shown in table 11 below.

    2.1. Research Funds

    These are proposed research funds to meet costs of research for master degree

    programs directly payable to students accounts. The figures serve as a benchmark

    towards meeting research activities for the four years of study. However, depending

    on the source and capability, the sponsor can pay over and above of the suggested

    amount. The indicative figures are as shown in table 12 below.
