Stations between Sydenham and Campsie along the T3

Bankstown Line will temporarily close between 24 December

2019 and 5 January 2020 while the train line is being upgraded

to metro standards.

During this period, up to 90 buses in the busiest part of the

day will operate to provide extra services between Punchbowl

and Central Stations to keep customers moving over the

holiday period.

This major upgrade is being carried out during the quieter

Christmas and New Year holiday period, when patronage on

the T3 line drops by around 35 per cent.

Below is a table providing further information about the bus

timetable over the holiday period while the upgrade works

are taking place.
