at 7:00 p.m. at the Uxbridge Public Library to discuss
Fall on your knees by Ann-Marie MacDonald

Are you looking to volunteer in the
community or need community hours for high school?
Teen and adult volunteers are needed to work
one-on-one with individuals wishing to learn
more about using their technical devices.

TECH SAVVY VOLUNTEERS
NEEDED
Are you handy with iPads, tablets, cell phones, computers,
cameras or emails?
Light refreshments will be served.
We’ re hiring! A youth intern will act as technical
support in the Compton Family Resource Room to help library users with their
eBook devices, conduct inventory and work on the

collection, consider our
“Adopt-a-Magazine” Program.
Adopt-a-magazine in our collection and have
your contribution to the library marked with a
word of appreciation on the shelf with the
magazine. Come in to choose your
magazine for the 2017 year.
A tax receipt will be given for all
donations. Information is available
at the library or call 905-852-9747.
Battery Recycling
Did you know you
can drop off your used household
batteries to the library anytime for
safe disposal? Drop off your used household batteries in the container at
the lower level entrance
of the library.

Books are given out a month ahead of the meeting @ Zephyr Library and monthly meetings are held
with the exception of July and August.
