celebrating our AIS international day!

It was a great day for the kids, filled with

learning and fun. I hope you will enjoy the

pictures and that they will give you a taste

of the fun we had that day. We had a lovelyweek with different activities, celebrating

being global citizens in a wonderful

international setting!

Library day: Day 3Wednesday, December 1

Literacy Inquiry:We are going to be practicing with the formation

of letter “O” .

We will make an Octopus craft, building “Olaf”

and reading about the “Ocean”.

We will be reviewing all the blue sight words.

Math Inquiry :We will be practicing with different counting

activities , pushing our counting skills until 30

and beyond.

We will be practicing writing numbers from

0-10.

We will be introducing the difference between

2D AND 3D shapes.

Unit of Inquiry :Central Idea: Relationships reflects who

we are and enrich our lives.This week we will be reviewing what we have

learned in our “who we are” unit.

Show and tell on Thursday: Items starting with letter “O”.

Sunday: Silly socks day

Monday: Moustache Monday and Crazy hair day

Tuesday: Teddy bear picnic

Wednesday: Wacky glasses

Thursday: Twin day, Arabic day & Winter break party.Winter break: December 18tdh -January 3rd
