Museum which houses artefacts of the

Be in touch with nature at the North Jakarta Mangrove Eco-Tourism

Preservation (Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk). This 99.8 hectare park is set

up to help preserve millions of mangrove trees, varieties of rare birds, turtles

and other animals. Watch a beautiful orange sunset while canoeing on the

lake bounded by lush and tropical greenery. It is an extraordinary experience

in the heart of Jakarta.

Immerse yourself in the nostalgic

feeling of Kota Tua being the biggest

colonial heritage preservation area

in Jakarta. Beautiful rustic colonial

buildings surround Fatahillah Square

with street food vendors and souvenir

vendors lining up at the side of the

strip. Kota Tua is usually swarmed with

Indonesian tourists, and encapsulates

the vibrant, edgy and slightly daunting

character of Jakarta.

FAmOUS LANDmARK

Sauntering amidst the busy streets of Jakarta, you will

find iconic landmarks marking the city’s heritage. Despite

passing through these landmarks on a daily basis, most of

us do not comprehend the significance or the historical

value of these landmarks.

Selamat Datang Monument

The Selamat Datang Monument is one

of the most iconic monument in Jakarta.

Represented with two figures of young

male and female, the Selamat Datang

Monument was meant as a welcoming

gesture for guests and athletes from

all around the world during the fourth

Asian Games in 1962. This statue

illustrate Indonesia’s openness towards

international visitors and act as a proof

of friendliness and good mannerism of

our culture.

Dirgantara Monument

The Dirgantara Monument, or more commonly known as the Pancoran

Monument was constructed in the era of President Soekarno. The

inauguration of the statue was a part of Soekarno’s vision in building a national

identity for Indonesia through monuments. The word “dirgantara” relates to

the skies or space, and the Dirgantara Monument was initiated to symbolise

courage, valour, and dedication in aviation.

Pemuda Membangun Statue

As a commemoration of

the Youth Pledge Day (Hari

Sumpah Pemuda), the Pemuda

Membangun statue was built in

1971. The torch of eternal flame

soaring at the epitome of the

statue signifies the undying spirit

of youth in Indonesia especially

in terms of development. The

youth generation is inspired to

take important roles in building

this nation.

As one of the most prestigious international Grade A Tower,

On September 3rd 2016, Anandamaya Residences held a

collaboration event with BMW Astra Indonesia and Ernst & Young

inviting homeowners to a Tax Amnesty Seminar at the Mandarin

Oriental Hotel Jakarta. This event was intended to provide educational

information for our homeowners, in regards to the new Tax Amnesty

government programs and regulations.

The expert speakers in this event are Mr. Ben Koesmoeljana (EY Tax &

Partner), Miss. Vivin Harsanto (JLL Head of Strategic Consulting), and

Mr. John Rahmat (Head of Research Mandiri Sekuritas).

Anandamaya Residences hopes that through this event, homeowners

attained valuable information regarding the new Tax Amnesty

government programs and its regulations.

Travel, adventure, and family man are words that best

describe Mr. Handoko Liem. On his free time, Mr.

Handoko Liem loves to travel within Indonesia with his

family. His favourite travel is to go on a road trip driving

to Central Java or West Java with his family.

Mr. Handoko Liem’s love for Indonesia is deeply

rooted and he wishes a bright future for Indonesia.

His hope is to see all Indonesian people have a better

living environment, both in physical infrastructure and

connectivity.
