The Sky is EmptyNothing comes from nothing. The zodiacis made up of the elements of Fire, Earth, Airand Water. None of these are present in thesky. All are present in the Earth.

Nothing comes from nothing. Each ofthe twelve signs of the zodiac is qualified byone of three states, Cardinal, Fixed, or Mu-table. These are states of energy:The quality of having energy is cardinal. The quality of resisting energy is fixed. The quality of seeking energy is mutable.

The sky is devoid of all forms of energy. The earth has all three. Therefore,The Zodiac is of the Earth

The zodiac represents the twelve basicenergetic states of the Earth. As such, thezodiac is not a circle, but a grid of three ener-gies mapped against four elements. Thereare exactly twelve possibilities, there cannotbe 11 or 13. This grid represents the great-est possible simplification, the greatest reduc-tion, of the whole of creation itself. Under-standing the interplay of elements and ener-gies is therefore fundamental to understand-ing life upon the Earth, and is a prerequisitein all studies of the material world. Here isthe fundamental grid:

Energy/has Resists Seeks(Cardinal) (Fixed) (Mutable)

Fire Aries Leo SagittariusEarth Capricorn Taurus VirgoAir Libra Aquarius GeminiWater Cancer Scorpio Pisces

The names given to these combinationsare traditional. We can call them anythingwe like. The quality of resisting energy, which is traditionally known as fixed, can aseasily be termed, stagnant. Hence, Scorpio, being fixed or resisting water, can also becalled stagnant water, which has long beenknown to be intense and dangerous. Sagit-tarius, which is known as mutable fire, canalso be termed, sparks seeking to start a blaze.

This was conceived by man or given bythe gods (your choice) and was then projectedinto the sky a very long time ago. Whichwas then forgotten, leading to the long-stand-ing belief that the zodiac is external, not in-ternal. From a close reading of Vettius Valens(2nd century AD), it is clear the Greeks werenot inventing or discovering astrology, somuch as recovering it. Valens had concrete

values for houses but lacked all means ofactually calculating them. If the Greeks wereinventing or discovering astrology, thiswould be a fundamental paradox.

Earth as AutomatonIf the Earth was isolated in the sky, thesetwelve qualities would be dormant. It is theinteraction of the Earth with the Sun, Moonand other planets which sets these variousenergies into motion. Realize the Earth ismore than big enough, and more than closeenough to the other planets, to have exactlythis kind of interaction, which it then radi-ates outwards from the center. The signs ofthe zodiac are the inherent vibrations ofthe Earth itself.

These interactions are made possible bythe crystalline nature of the planets, and, Ipresume of the Sun itself. Researchers LarsStixrude, of the University of London, andRonald Cohen, of the Carnegie Institute ofWashington, D.C., have speculated the coreof the Earth to be a single gigantic iron crys-tal. They have further speculated that crys-tal to be six-sided. Read for yourself. Sixrelates to the zodiac, in that there are six facesand six edges, six “male” signs and six “fe-male.” Confirming twelve overall. I feelsorry for Stixrude and Cohen. They are aboutto be run out of the scientific community, thefate of all researchers who accidentally hitupon the nature of astrology.

Many meteorites have been found to con-tain the metal hexahedrite, which is a six-sided crystalline form of iron. Meteorites areknown to be the busted-up remains of deadplanets. It is therefore likely that if the Earthhas a crystalline core, so do all other planets aswell. Additionally, the Earth has a crystal cov-ering, which is water. Water forms six-sidedcrystals when frozen, mimicking the centralcrystal. The six-sided crystal is inherent. THE Earth’s zodiac is organized

around the alignment of the Earth’scentral crystal with the Sun’s pre-

sumed central crystal. (The core of the Sunis not nuclear, an argument I have made else-where.) These alignments happen at the sol-stices and equinoxes. We have thus estab-lished the Tropical Zodiac as an objective, scientific, fact. The zodiac shows the rela-tionship of the Earth to the Sun. (The Side-

THE idea is to recognize his promiseand capacity in your chart, to evalu-ate it according to his position and

strength by Sign, decanate and house, andrelationship to the ascendant, its ruler orplanet in the 1st House because the more hetakes part in your life by activating your chartthe more Jupiterian you life is to be.

You must appreciate too that some of hislargess is lessened if his hands are tied bybeing retrograde, or intercepted and simul-taneously afflicted by Saturn who limits free-dom to operate outwardly; or badly aspectedto the rising degree or its ruler or any planetin the 1st House, revealing a lack of aware-ness on your part, sometimes due to circum-stances denying an opportunity. Where youhave Saturn, Mars and Neptune you shallhave problems and with Uranus you have aheavy cross to bear, always involving thematters of the house they are in.

On the other hand, just as the Sun illumi-nates whatever house he is in at birth, and Ve-nus shows by house the department of lifewhere you are affectionately received, the merepresence of Jupiter blesses the house he is inand its affairs in your behalf: you are neverentirely bereft, for where he is, there you havehelp. He represents the Deity granting yousome saving grace and if we truly seek it con-fidently we shall find some.

Strangely enough, if natal Jupiter and Sunare trine your Jupiter will be retrograde forlife while waiting for the next Sun-Jupitertrine to release him which by progression inthe ephemeris is 120 days (years). — As-trological Essays, 1979. Buy.

The Alphabet ofAstrology

— A Student’s Text-Book of Astrology, by Vivian Robson. Price$25.95. Buy.

The Alphabet ofAstrology continued:—

Mars. Hot, dry, barren, inflammatory, positive, electric, energetic, warlike and quar-relsome. It was called the Lesser Infortuneand is usually unfavourable, tending to acci-dents, wars, quarrels, fires and passions.

Jupiter. Warm, moist, fruitful, positiveand electric. It was called the Greater For-tune and its influence is benevolent, chari-table, jovial and expansive.

Saturn. Cold, dry, barren, melancholy, negative and magnetic. It is the GreaterInfortune and its influence is separative, se-cretive, apprehensive, suspicious, selfish, cold and chaste.

Uranus. Cold, dry, barren, positive andelectric. It is eccentric, explosive, spasmodic, original, erratic, separative and tends to ac-centuate the will and individuality.

Neptune. Warm, moist, fruitful, nega-tive and magnetic. Its influence is chaotic, dreamy, fanciful, psychic, spiritual, deceptiveand tends to sacrifice or self-suppression.

These influences are general and are ex-erted in every department of life, being modi-fied by signs and houses, and their applicationin particular cases will be explained later. Theuse of the terms “benefic” and “malefic” is aconvenience. The nature of a planet is neithergood nor bad, and the question of fortunate orunfortunate influences depends upon theplanet’s position and aspects in the horoscope. It is important to remember that a malefic willproduce good if well-aspected, and a beneficwill proe unfortunate if badly aspected. Thereis, however, probably more sympathy betweenconditions of life here and the nature of thebenefic planets, for while a badly aspectedmalefic will produce serious evils, a beneficin a similar condition will not be so stronglyand violently evil.

LEO represents the heart of the physi-cal organism. It is significant of vi-tal power, ardency, interchange and

generation. Sol et homo generant hominem, for this is the solar sign, and equivalent tothe fifth house of nativity, which is later con-cerned with offspring. The spinal columnwith its marrow and nerves is also under therule of this sign. The sphere of Leo is thus avital, extensive and deep-seated one.

Principle bones: Dorsal vertebraeMuscles: Longissimus and latissimus

VirgoThis, the second of the common signs, is

nervous and rather barren in quality. It isassociated with the bowels, and chiefly withthe duodenum, jejunum and ileum, for Virgois concerned with chylification just as Can-cer is with chymification. Absorption andassimilation, selection and utilization are theVirgo functions. The preparation and absorp-tion of the chyle is often much interfered within persons belonging to this sign, or havingone of the luminaries afflicted herein. LA Brief History ofAstrometeorology

by George J. McCormack

THE first known work on weatherand the atmosphere was TheMeteorologica by the Greek philoso-

pher-scientist Aristotle (384 BC to 322 BC).His pupil, Theophratus expanded this earlytreatise in two works “On Winds” and “Onthe Signs of Rain, Winds, Storms and FairWeather.”

These were the sole authorities on me-teorology until scientific investigations be-gan in the 17th century. (Ptolemy's Tetra-biblos, 152 AD quoted brief excerpts).

In 1686, Dr. J. Goad’s Astro-Meteorologica, based on 39 years of his ownastro-weather observations and correlationswas published in London. Until the end ofthe 19th Century this text was the leadingauthority on the subject. It includes a tran-script of astronomer Johannes Kepler’s di-ary of astro-weather observations from June28, 1617 to August 9, 1629. Here Keplerexpounded some of his theories relating plan-etary phenomena to atmospheric changes. Itis a matter of historical record that he attainedrecognition for his remarkably accurate long-range weather forecasting long before ad-vancing his laws of planetary motion.Kepler’s “Mysterium Cosmographicam” isa fully documented record of his work from1602 to 1629. Some scientists who havewritten disparagingly of the renownedKepler’s interest in correlating planetary phe-nomena to terrestrial events have rendered adisservice to the progress of science.

Critically tested astro-weather forecastsduring the last century, ventured for variousparts of the world more than a year in ad-vance, support and confirm Kepler's theories.— from A Text-Book of Long-RangeWeather Forecasting, by George McCor-mack. Buy.

real Zodiac is based on the Earth’s wobble, which is itself an artifact of solar and lunargravities. It functions as a chronocrator and isused as such by all sidereal-based astrologies.) Planets in the sky are tagged by the Earthwith the qualities of the signs in which theyappear to be, since it is the Earth which gen-erates those sign energies, presumably as lit-eral extensions in space of the centralcrystal’s facets. Which gives the Earth twelvepairs of “rose colored glasses,” if you will.It is the Earth that assigns Aries to one partof the sky, Leo to another. It is the Earth’s12-sided (duodenary) nature that explains thetraditional Ptolemaic aspects, which arefacet-to-facet, edge-to-edge, and facet-to-edge phenomena. Neither signs, nor aspects, nor houses, apply to stars because they areoutside the area of interactive planetary crys-tals that comprise the solar system.

Houses are produced by the daily turn-ing of the Earth’s crystal on its axis. Thecrystal is thus the single source for signs, houses and aspects. The northern and south-ern ends of this gigantic crystal are knownas the Earth’s magnetic poles.

The Earth’s crystal, and therefore theEarth as a whole, vibrates according to therelative positions of Sun, Moon and planets. Each planet has a natural affinity for someparts of the Earth and not others. We termthe parts of the Earth that resonate best toMercury to be mutable air and mutable earth,in other words, Gemini and Virgo. When weput the zodiac in the Earth, rather than thesky, we understand how a planet in one signcan be said to rule a planet in some other, forinstead of jumping about in an empty sky,we are merely describing the internal work-ings of the Earth’s crystal.

Birth

SINCE the Earth is vibrating, every-thing on the Earth is vibrating in sym-pathy with it. So whenever anything

on Earth divides or breaks in two, the exist-ing vibration of the smaller part will tend tobe replaced by the Earth’s current vibrationas of that moment. This, in fact, is strict phys-ics. When a child is born it loses its mother’svibration and takes on the Earth’s vibration.Because of her greater mass, the mother’svibration changes, but only somewhat. Shehas a significant transit.

By comparison, a plant, because it growsas part of the earth and is in vibrational har-mony with it, does not experience “birth”until it is cut, or harvested. Because plantsgrow in harmony with the Earth, plants canproduce ideal planetary prototypes, in otherwords, plants that tightly express the values

of one or more planets because they aretightly ruled by them. Which accounts fortheir essential use in healing, since diseasecan be defined as a simple mal-adjustmentto planetary vibrations. Minerals and gemshave the same qualities for the same reason.

Birth vibrations age over time, as all vi-brations must. As there are many levels ofvibration (the Earth is a huge mass) astrol-ogy knows this aging process by manynames, among them, primary directions, sec-ondary progressions, solar arcs, Vimshottaridasas, Yogini dasas, etc. When aged vibrationmatches up with current planetary placements(transits), a significant event can occur. Whentransient vibrations are greater than the indi-vidual can withstand, death ensues.

Objections: 1. Gravity

IT IS clear that as the human body ismade up of the elements of the Earth, that various regions of the body will be

ruled by the various signs, which will thenbe influenced by the casual placement of theplanets to which they have an affinity. It isnot true that Mars directly affects me, but itis true that as my body is made up of ele-ments that are influenced by Mars, that theEarth’s response to changes in the relativeposition of Mars will produce appropriateresponses in those Earth-based Martian ele-ments in me.

Objections: 2. DistancePlanetary energies in fact adhere closely

to the inverse square law. The Sun, due toits staggering size, and the Moon, due to itssheer proximity, are the primary influencesin our lives. They are unvarying, as theirdistances never change.

Mercury, Venus and Mars provide per-sonal details. Which fluctuate, as they comeand go.

Jupiter and Saturn, much further away, are known as social planets, as they providebackground.

The outer planets, the Uranians, the as-teroids, effect us to the extent they make tightaspects to closer bodies.Objections: 3. Repeatability

Nor is the doctrine of “falsifiability” avalid objection. Astrology is falsifiable inthe same way a trip in a car is falsifiable, asboth deal with time. The same car, the samedriver, the same route, but no two trips canever be alike. Every trip, every individual,is unique in time.

Astrology and ScienceNone of this will satisfy science, which

will remain hostile to astrology by reason ofits very existence. Science, which admits ofno external limits (“we alone know what is

true and what is false”) is in fact highly sen-sitive to overall social mores. In racist soci-eties, science finds justification for racism,up to and including sterilization and eutha-nasia. In materialistic societies, science findsjustification for materialism. In warlike so-cieties, science builds bombs. In unequal so-cieties, science justifies inequality.

Reading Wiki’s page on the ScientificMethod we learn that science is whateverscientists say it is, and that the methods usedare whatever is convenient.

Every society has the science it deserves.Science, believing itself to be absolute, at-tacks whatever would limit its power andauthority, without regard for any other fac-tor. Hence its fear of religion and astrology, both of which, wretched though they are, aresuperior to it.

Without external, guiding principles, sci-ence is Eve's apple (from the Tree of Knowl-edge), sent to seduce Adam. Wouldn’t youlike to know the secret? Wouldn’t you like tobe God Himself? It’s easy. Just take a biteand follow these simple instructions. Astrol-ogy, with its foundations now clearly re-vealed (elements and energies) are the uni-versal guiding principles. Astrology capturesthe structure of creation itself, which in theinterplay of twelve basic energies, is more com-plex than observational science can ever know.

PS: Wiki says Uranian astrologers use “as-trology” as a cover for their pederasty. Readthe talk page, follow the links, draw the obvi-ous conclusion. You still think we should tol-erate this? PPS: I am the author of “Banned.”

Conclusion:

YOU can wait for forecasters to guessat the weather, or you can get anephemeris and study the raw ener-

gies. With astrology you may predict weatheras far in advance as you like. Or anythingelse. With astrology you may know the fateof the planet itself.

Astrology is the study of the Earth. How the Earth relates to the Sun, Moon andplanets, and what that means to the creaturesthat crawl on its surface. Astrology is the onefundamental science, underlying all others.

I have posted much of this before, and willpost again from time to time. Inertia is great, repetition is critical. There is nothing moreimportant in the whole world than to know itsunderlying structure. I have been testing thisconcept for some months now. If there areflaws, if it can be reduced still further, I havenot discovered it. If only a hundred of youknow and understand and accept and use this, you will change the world and everything init. Of that, I have no doubt whatever.
