4 National Media are attractively broadcasting programs on career and job orientation for young people

Four national media, Top Channel, Club FM, A1 Report and Shqiptarja.com, partnering with Risialbania, are successfully

producing and disseminate their attractive shows, programs and supplements to a large audience of young people,

supported also by corresponding websites and/or Facebook pages. The three media programs “Ora e Punës” (Working

Hour) - radio-televised at Club FM and Club TV, “Ti Mundesh” (You can do it) - broadcasted at Top Channel, “Drejt Punës”

(Towards Employment) - broadcasted at A1 Report TV and the supplement “Drejt Punës” - distributed as part of

Shqiptarja.com newspaper, are becoming a valuable source of information for thousands of young people on career and job

orientation. On the other side, media have progressed to extend their audience to more young people and their parents

and profit from business sponsors, while different businesses are advertising their products to a large audience. The

audience feedback group, consisting of 20 young people from different backgrounds and different regions of Albania, under

the supervision of a media consultant, recently established by RisiAlbania, noted the good progress achieved so far. The

number of viewers/readers is relatively high and the programs are considered innovative additions to the Albanian media

    landscape.

The job matching providers are offering new opportunities for young people and SMEs

The job portal “duapune.com”, with Risi’s support,

has launched the new version duapune.com 3.0 a

modern and comprehensive version with new

features and services, which has eased the application

process for young people and job postings process for

employers. Furthermore, the mobile app is now

available on Google Play and has already been

downloaded more than one thousand times and has

high user ratings. The number of job postings for the

    period January-March 2015 1564, is over three-fold

increase compared with the forecasts. This is

translated in a bigger access of young people into job

    opportunities.
