Port of Bilbao applies EPD and wants more ports to followAlong with their work in sustainability, the Port of Bilbao has now created anEnvironmental Product Declaration (EPD). They want to take the correct measures,establish accurate diagnose and have the tool that allows them to undertake projects thatare truly significant in reducing environmental impact.

The Port of Bilbao is the first to publish an Environmental Product Declaration of portoperation (EPD) services in the EPD system. We had the opportunity to ask them a fewquestions about for example why they choose to create and publish an EPD and how it isto create an EPD for a service and not a product.

PCRs available for openconsultation - arable andvegetable crops, cosmetics,seats and finished bovineleatherThe Product Category Rule (PCR) for

Arable and Vegetable crops is new and aimed at replacing two previous PCRs, 2013:05(Arable crops) and 2011:20 (Vegetables). The PCR is available for open consultation until2020-01-17.

Following PCRs are being updated and also open for consultation: "Cosmetics" (2019-12-29), "Seats" (2020-01-17) and "Finished bovine leather" (2019-02-02).
