Year 2 News…

Thank you to all of the grandparents, parents and volunteers that helped out in our classroom throughout the year. Year 2 and I have enjoyed having you all with us. Thank you to Aunty Ange who came into year 2 this year and taught us some Gumbaynggirr language, it was enjoyed by all. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all. Hoping that everyone has a safe and happy holidays.

Year 3 News…

Thank you to all the parents and community members who have helped Year 3 this year. You may have helped with reading groups in class; coached a sports team or transported children; helped your child with their homework or a project; or listened to your child reading. Thank you for your contribution. I hope that everyone has a safe and relaxing time over the Christmas holiday period.

PRINCIPALS’ REPORT: On behalf of all the staff at our beautiful school I would like to wish all families a happy and safe Christmas and a bright and prosperous New Year. We are all looking forward to seeing everyone back for a very productive 2016. School will close for all students at 2.45pm tomorrow December 16 and resume for students in Year 1-6 on Thursday 28th of January. Our swimming carnival will be held on Tuesday February 2 with new Kindergartens commencing on Wednesday February 3.
