CITY ORDINANCE REFRESHER… ' 92.18 PUBLIC NUISANCES AFFECTING PEACE AND SAFETY.

The following are declared to be nuisances affecting public peace and safety:

(A) All snow and ice not removed from public sidewalks 24 hours after the snow

or other precipitation causing the condition has ceased to fall;

' 93.03 MATERIALS ON STREET OR SIDEWALK.

(A) No person shall encumber any street, sidewalk, or right-of-way. No owner,

occupant, or person having the care of any building or lot of land, bordering on any

street, sidewalk, or right-of-way shall permit it to be encumbered with barrels,

boxes, cans, articles, or substances of any kind, so as to interfere with the free and

unobstructed use thereof.
