Teachers: View Reports

1. To view students’ progress, go to “Reports”. You can choose Training Modules andExercise Modules. Each of them can be shown by modules or class. Click “View Reports”after choosing the items.

2. If you search by modules in Exercise Modules, you can see the following result. Clickthe number in blue to see the details.

Choose the level (and class) you want. “To Comment” shows how many writings youneed to comment on in the particular Exercise Modules and “Commented” indicates howmany writings you have commented on. Click the class or the number in blue to see thedetails.Click the number under ‘To Comment’ to add comments on the writings.

3. Choose the theme of writing and click ‘Go’.

4. To comment on the writings, click “Comment Now”.

3. Click “Go!” and you can see an introduction to the structure of news article. Click“Next” to go to the next page. You can click “Back” to go to the previous pages duringthe whole activity.

4. Click the left and right arrow to choose the suitable answer and then click the wordonce for checking. If the answer is incorrect, you cannot go to the next session.Change your wrong answer by clicking left or right arrow again and click the wordonce.

5. Click “Next” to do the Session 2.

You can click “I” to seethe demonstration ofhow to choose a word.

6. Drag and drop the pictures on the right to the suitable structures. If all of your answersare correct, you can go to the next page. If the answer is incorrect, you will see awarning “Oops! Try again”.

7. After completing all the activities, click “Get your certificate” and the certificate canbe printed. To have a better effect, Internet Explorer is suggested. Choose “Close thissession” to go back to the main page.

8. Choose “Article Categorizing” on “Trainee Board”. Read the introduction and click“What happened!?” to go to the next page. You can also click “Skip” directly. Click“Go!” to do the activity.

10. You can see a newspaper bit. Click the suitable article category on the left and thenclick “Chop Here”. Click “Close” and then you can see red arrows. Click one of themand repeat this step to continue. You can also see that the left categories you havechosen are highlighted.

11. As you can see grey arrows, you need to click the newspaper and follow Step 10.After that, red arrows appear and choose one of them.

12. After finishing all the activities in Articles Categorization, you can see that the leftcategories are all highlighted. Choose one of the doors and you can print the card orclose this session.
