Fourth Annual PFC Jonathan Roberge Memorial Golf Tournament January 1, 2012 Dear (Business Owner): We are sending out an early notification about the Fourth Annual PFC Jonathan Roberge Memorial Golf Tournament, which will be held Saturday, July 21, 2012 . If you had the pleasure of knowing Jonathan, you undoubtedly remember him as a genuine person with a smile that could light up any room. But on February 9, 2009, this beautiful life was cut short when Jonathan gave his life serving our country in Mosul, Iraq. We are inviting you to honor and remember this fallen hero for all of the things for which he stood. Which is why, in an effort to keep his memory alive, we hope to continue this tournament for years to come with all proceeds to benefit a memorial fund in his name. The funds earned from past tournaments have been used to send packages overseas to active military personnel, to give back to the veterans, to offer scholarships to students who otherwise may not be able to continue their education, and to benefit the CTE Program at Leominster High School, from which Jonathan graduated in 2005. This year’s tournament will be held at the Townsend Ridge Country Club located at 40 Scales Lane in Townsend, Mass., and we would greatly appreciate any support your company can offer, whether in donation, sponsorship or in putting together a team to participate. We have enclosed a golf registration and sponsorship form and warmly welcome you and your friends to join us in July, for an enjoyable day of golf in honor of Jonathan. He was an amazing person and made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We hope you will honor him by supporting this great cause and enjoying this year’s event. Please make all checks payable to the “Jonathan Roberge Memorial Fund” and mail with forms to: 518 Johnny Appleseed Lane

PFC Jonathan Roberge Memorial Golf Tournament

January 1, 2012

Dear (Business Owner): We are sending out an early notification about the Fourth Annual PFC Jonathan Roberge Memorial Golf Tournament, which will be held Saturday, July 21, 2012.

Please make all checks payable to the “Jonathan Roberge Memorial Fund” and mail with forms to:

518 Johnny Appleseed LaneLeominster, MA 01453

Donated raffle items are always appreciated; contact us to arrange for the pick-up of these donated items. Any donations received by June 30, 2012 will be acknowledged in our golf program.

Thank you in advance for your (continued) support in honor of Jonathan, our soldiers and our veterans.
