schedule to deliver a gift for everyone!

Our Christmas Lunch was enjoyed by everyone!

The Akademics entertained everyone with their Christmas concert!

The Sacred Heart and St. John Bosco Chiswick Road Hylton Castle Estate Sunderland SR5 3PY [email protected]

School closes at 3pm on Friday 21st December for the Christmas holiday.

School reopens on Tuesday 8th January 2019.

Breakfast Club restarts on Monday 14th January 2019.

After School Clubs resume on Monday 14th January 2019

BREAKFAST CLUB REMINDERS Doors open at 8.00am which is the official start time for our support staff who run the Breakfast Club. Support staff need time to arrive at school and set up (which they do by voluntarily arriving at school prior to

8.00am). St. John Bosco School does not take responsibility for any child arriving prior to being registered at 8.00am. Breakfast is served from 8.00am until 8.20am to allow staff time to clear up before lessons begin. It is parents responsibility to sign their child into Breakfast Club. In the event of an emergency, and in the

interests of Health & Safety and Safeguarding, children will be checked against the sign in sheet to ensure they are present. (We allow Year 5 and Year 6 children to self register if you have given your permission for them to walk to and from school on their own).

School Dinner Money School meals should be paid for in advance, therefore please help us by paying dinner money promptly on a Monday morning. You can also pay online at www.sunderland.gov.uk selecting ‘Pay’ and ‘School Meals’. Please ensure you select St. John Bosco from the drop down list.

We would like to take this opportunity to

thank you all for your wonderful support this term

and to wish you all a very Merry Christmas

and a happy and peaceful New Year.

Thanks to your support with our fundraising we were able to send

lots of Christmas gifts to children in the Sunderland area who may not

receive one otherwise. Thank you!
