A Taste of Italy

St. George’s collaborated with Howard Wasserman from B&W Wines

last Friday night and presented an Italian Themed Dinner and Wine

Night. Howard did a fantastic job pairing wines to the authentic

menu that included Braised Rabbit with Vegetable Confit and Slow Cooked

Lentils, Hand-made Pasta with Shaved Goat Cheese and Home Cured Boar.

The kitchen team led by Chef James Saunders, George Caracitsos and

Christopher Persico appeared between courses to introduce the dishes

and answer any questions.
