certification as a, School Building Leader (SBL), School District Leader (SDL) or School District Business Leader (SDBL), are required to complete a 15-week full-time internship working as an education leader.

However, institutions are able to offer equivalent alternatives to the full-time internship, such as summer school, after-hour assignments, or assignments completed during part of the school day, when these assignments are comparable to the 15-week full-time internship.
