Pencil Charity SaleEvery two seconds, there is a young innocent girl living in developing country forced into marriage and being ripped of the right to education. Understanding the unique challenges girls are now facing, Plan International has launched the worldwide campaign “Because I am a Girl” to fight for and promote girls' rights. This year comes the third “Because I am a Girl (BIAAG) – Donate a Pencil Campaign” which aims to raise fund for helping underprivileged girls around the globe.
For the 2nd year running, Plan partners with Faber-Castell in this Pencil Charity Sale in which the money raised will contribute to the following projects in China and Indonesia to fight against child marriage, while we strongly encourage you to also donate the pencils purchased to the girls in China.
