Enable your organisat ion to run more successful Webinars by taking advantage of our Webinar Management Services, experience and expert ise

The Webinars On-Demand® Service is offered to organisations wishing to earn revenue from converting their training courses and events to online. We do not charge an up-front fee for this Service but share the risk by sharing the revenue with you, on a negotiated basis.

Webinars On-Demand® is a value-added Service offered by Contracts On-Demand (Pty) Ltd (COD) for organisations wishing to run their own Webinars/Courses online or Webinars in conjunction with their live events (i.e. functions, conferences, workshops, training courses), but with expert assistance from COD. We have years of experience and expertise in organising and running training Webinars for Voluntary Associations and other organisations. We assist, by adding substantial value relative to Webinar consulting, management, marketing and CPD facilitation. In order to provide a successful Webinar conforming to best practice, it important to note that it requires more than just the use of the available technology in a Webinar system, but the application of Webinar experience and expertise for its management.

For the purposes of clarity, we use the following defint ions:

Webinar

This is a broadcast live online commercial event that seeks and caters for paying Delegates and is usually under 4hrs in duration.

Vir t ual Workshop/Sem inar /Classroom Course

This is a broadcast live online commercial event that usually replaces an event that has the physical presence of Delegates. It therefore caters for paying Delegates and is usually one to two days in duration.

Tut or ial

This is a broadcast live online non-commercial event, that usually does not charge Delegates and uses online meeting / conferencing facilit ies.

Video Recording Service

This is a non-broadcast service where a video recording is made of a Trainer / Speaker?s presentation for future use, whether for Webinars or for a Virtual Workshop/Seminar/Classroom Course, or for use as a Study Aid within the CPD On-Demand Service. The recording can either be made using the Zoom video facility or by using this, in combination with Webinars On-Demand?s HD camera and audio equipment connected to it.

Joint physical Event and Webinar

A traditional Event attended physically by Delegates, but also Broadcast live as a Webinar, using Webinars On-Demand?s HD Cameras and sound equipment.

Covid-19

Considering the Government of South Africa declaring the impact of COVID-19 a National State of Disaster, organisations who have traditionally held live events (i.e. functions, conferences, workshops, training courses), are now forced to adapt or die. Hopefully, when all the uncertainty and the virus itself has passed, the organisations that have adapted to the new ways of doing business, will be able to revert back to the traditionally held live events, and still be able to benefit by the newly acquired technologies and Webinar services, and benefit from access to a much wider and broader market beyond that of the lecture room.

Contracts On-Demand® Training Services

COD has for many years organised training Workshops, gaining recognition for covering a wide range of subjects affecting the productivity of the industry and attracting many high calibre speakers. For the past four years we have also built up experience and expertise in organising and running online Webinars with a specially developed technology that tests the Webinar Delegates online after the Webinar completion, for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) qualification.

Specialized HD Cameras & Audio Equiptment

Your organisation can also take advantage of our specialized cameras and audio equipment that can be used at your live events and remotely controlled to interface with the Webinar system. This can turn your live events into Webinars as well and you can therefor provide access to your live events for additional online Delegates.

This camera and audio equipment can also be used to record offline training sessions at higher quality, to broadcast as Webinars at a later date.

Webinar Videos for the Contracts On-Demand® Training Services

COD has perfected a low cost method of video recording Webinars, whether they be associated with a live event or not, and then converting and editing these video recordings into training material (Study Aids) for insertion into our CPD On-Dem and® Service that provides online training 24/7 as well as providing organisations with additional revenue earning opportunities.

The Webinar System

We normally work with the Zoom® Webinar system to host the Webinars, but we can use any other comparable system. You may be familiar with using Zoom meetings. However, COD subscribes to the Zoom Webinar system, which has many more facilit ies for holding Webinars, than does the normal Zoom meeting system. These additional facilit ies include:

- Setting up a Webinar Registration page- Delegate authorization- e-mail Delegate reminders- Control of Delegates cameras and audio- Control of the Presenter(s)- Delegate Polls and Q & A?s- Video recording of the Webinar- Group Delegates into ?break-out? rooms- Virtual backgrounds- Rehearsals prior to the Webinar- Waiting room facility until Webinar is broadcasted- Interface with YouTube and Facebook live streaming to facilitating unlimited number of Delegates

It is therefore, not necessary for your organisation to incur costs relative to this Webinar system, as COD currently subscribes to this service.

Webinar Delegate Invoicing & Payment

COD provides an optional integrated Webinar Delegate E-Commerce service that can handle Delegate invoicing and payment collection. This enables your organisation to automate this function and save a substantial amount of time and cost in generating invoices and chasing Delegate payments. COD can provide you with transaction reports so that you have a full financial overview. Delegates can pay by Credit/Debit card or EFT. COD will only grant pre-paid Delegates access to the Webinar.

Webinars On-Demand ® provides your organisat ion with the following Services:

1. Standard Service - Webinar Facilitat ion

Provision of a Webinar Facilitator to assist you in the organisation of your Webinar and to manage it on the day. The Facilitator undertakes the following for you:

- Take necessary measures to ensure that the Webinar is secured from hacking- Setting up your Webinars online, with Webinar description and Registration Page, prior to the Webinar date- Providing you with a link to the Webinar Registration Page, to connect from your own website- Payments option 1: notifying you of Registrants, for you to invoice them- Payments option 2: managing automated invoicing and payment using COD?s E-Commerce system- On receipt of payment, authorising access to the Webinar for the Delegate and e-mailing a link to them,

allowing to access the Webinar- Sending timeous e-mail reminders of the Webinar, to the Delegates- Training the Speaker(s) in the use of the Webinar system and how to be most effective in online training- Running a rehearsal session for the speaker(s)- Running a ?Webinar Test Session? for Delegates, the day prior to the Webinar, ensuring their sound and

microphones are all working- Liaising with the Webinar Speaker(s) prior to the Webinar- Loading any Webinar Poll Questions and providing Poll results- Assisting the speaker(s) with the Q & A?s and providing them with Delegate audio and video switching for

enhanced engagement- Flighting an introduction video prior to Webinar start- Providing a facility for the electronic downloading by the Delegates of electronic ?Workbooks?- Providing live technical support for Delegates- Generate Delegate Certificates of Attendance- Video recording the Webinar- Supplying, setting-up and operating HD Video Camera and audio equipment for holding Webinars as part of

your live events- Processing and editing the Webinar video recording, adding a front page to it and inserting it into the CPD

On-Dem and® Service. For follow-up, providing reports and analytics on registrants, attendees, polling, attendee engagement and Q&A

Online Test /Quizzes for your Webinar

We provide you with the option, to have an online CPD Quiz/Test setup for Delegates, available for them online, directly after

the Webinar for them to complete and pass, to qualify for Category 1/ A CPD Credits. On reaching the required pass mark,

COD generates a Certificate of Attendance that can be used to obtain the CPD Certificate.

CPD On-Dem and®

Contracts On-Demand has developed and operates a Service called CPD On-Demand®, whereby Professionals can view training Webinar videos, etc. to earn CPD Credits. COD can load your Webinar videos into this Service and thus provide you with the ability to earn recurring revenue on an ongoing basis, from the purchase and viewing of these videos.

CPD Validat ion

COD will assist you in obtaining CPD Validation for your Webinars, should your Webinar video or the Speaker?s PowerPoint

presentation be made available to feature in CPD On-Demand. The copyright to this content is retained to by whoever owns

it.

2. Webinars for Cont inuing Professional Development (CPD)

COD will assist you in marketing your Webinars to national and international potential Delegates.

COD will set-up and run, a number of e-mail Campaigns for your Webinar, that will be targeted to relevant potential Delegates

from our database of over 10 000 e-CLOUD Construction® Registered Users. We will also prepare and supply to you, Webinar marketing e-mail templates that you can send on to your own Members.

We can also set-up marketing e-mail campaigns that can be targeted to Delegates after an event, on subject matters related to

the event(s) previously attended. COD will also feature your Webinars on our e-CLOUD Construction® website and our social media sites.
