If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. 9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. 11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. BROWN BAG LUNCH BIBLE STUDY— Calvinism in the Las Vegas Airport

Pastor Chuck is leading a new BROWN BAG LUNCH BIBLE STUDY on Thursday’s at 12Noon. Bring your sack lunch, your Bible, and the current book we are discussing to enjoy sixty minutes of lively study with lively Q&A. We have obtained a limited number of used books which may be purchased at the cost of $7/book. Stop by the book table after worship today.

GARDENS OF VENICE MINISTRY — Each week Trinity provides a brief (30 minute) worship service at the Gardens of Venice Assisted Living Facility at 1:10pm. If you enjoy ministering to others—we invite you to be a part of this ministry. For more information call Juanita at the church office (941-493-0018 X 224). Our team this week includes: Susan & Walter Brembs, Brenda Ward, Juanita Fauser, and Mona Lee Burr, Pianist.

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY — The Gospel of Mark Bible Study is going strong with 30 plus women attending, but there is always room for more. They meet on Tuesday mornings at 10am in classroom 1. It isn’t too late to join this lively group study. Hope to see you there!

MEN’S FELLOWSHIP LUNCHEON— The Men’s luncheon group will resume after the summer break. They will meet on the second Monday of each month, November 12, this month. Please contact Jim Phillips for details and reservations (941-474-1630).

BOOK SORTING & SHELVING — We need a few volunteers to assist with unpacking, sorting, and re-shelving our church library books. This will take place on Wednesday, October 31 from 9-11am. Call Randy Clements for more details (703-598-8571.

EUCHRE—will meet this Thursday, November 1. They meet every other Thursday in classroom 1 at 6:30pm. Contact Vera Day 941-223-3859 by Wednesday to reserve space. We will meet in the Welcome Center at the front of the church.

50th ANNIVERSARY COMMITTEE — The 50th Anniversary Committee will meet following the Traditional Service next Sunday, November 4th at 11:45am in classroom 1. ALL SAINTS’ REMEMBRANCE & HOLY COMMUNION

On Sunday, November 4, we will observe All Saints’ Day at Trinity Church with Holy Communion at both services. There will be a special time of remembrance to those members and friends who have entered the presence of Christ this past year.
