Three New Teekay LNG Carriers

Teekay Shipping Corp. of Canada has a series of three new LNG Carriers under construction at Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering of Korea. These 151,000 m3 LNG Carriers will be chartered to Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Co. (“RasGas II”) for a minimum 20-year period, commencing upon delivery of the vessels in late 2006 and 2007. The ships will be used to transport LNG from Qatar to Europe and the US.

2 x 6.6 kV Soft Starters for Sequential Motor Start-up

2 x 2500 kVA Distribution Transformers

2 x 800 kVA Distribution Transformers

2 x 6.6 kV Auto Transformers for H/D Compressor

4 x 110V Battery Systems

1 x 6.6 kV Auto Transformer for Bow Thruster

2 x 3450 kW Turbine Generators

1 x 3450 kW Diesel Generator
