ISO 50001 - Energy Management Systems (EnMS)

- Environmental issues such as global warming,

governments and businesses are under pressure for

- ISO 50001 : 2011 Standard for the organization to

Supply Chain Security Management Systems (SCSMS)

- ISO 28000 : 2007 - Specification for security

management systems for the supply chain provides

framework for a security management system which

aimed at improving the overall security in supply

chains.

- Supply risks such as threats from terrorism, fraud

and piracy have serious implications to businesses.

- Organization shall manage the risks and assure

security by identifying potential threats, assessing

risks and implementing measure to prevent any risks

and threats from adversely affecting the success of

their business.



- SCSMS will facilitate trade and the transport of goods

ISO 2800 Family:

- ISO 28000:2007 sets the framework for security by all

- ISO 28001:2007 assists organizations with designing

and implementing security processes. It also helps

these organizations assess security on their specific

part of the supply chain and trains employees on the

ISO 2800 Family:

- ISO 28003:2007 sets guidelines for companies to

systems. It also assists auditors judging compliance

• *Other management system certifications will be reviewed on a

case to case basis (eg GMP (Pharmaceutical) & CMMI (Level 3)

• **Companies which have applied for trademark registration will

be assessed on the stage of the application process.

Quotation prepared on receipt of questionnaire.

For SME companies, professional fee is RM6000.00 and

incidental fees covering travel, lodging and daily allowance as

per SIRIM QAS Intl. guidelines (For KL & Sel, no incidental

charges).

For non-SME companies, professional fee is RM1500.00 per

auditor-day and incidental fees covering travel, lodging and

daily allowance as per SIRIM QAS Intl. guidelines (For KL &

Sel, no incidental charges).

Certification process begins upon receipt of application.

ISSUE OF CERTIFICATE

Certificate will be issued upon payment of fees and the signing

of the Certification Agreement

Certificate is valid for two years from the date of approval

How to obtain the Mark?

Companies wishing to obtain the Malaysian Brand

Certification Mark need to meet the Assessment Criteria

required under this scheme.

The Assessment Criteria were developed based on

world wide acceptable principles.
