All the pros and cons should be listed while doing the project. Deviation from pre planned activity should be listed and discussed. If there is change in project implementation cost , it should be listed and discussed further. All deviation and wastage of money, material and time should be listed. Six Sigma methodology should be followed with the project through out, and deviation should be listed and pondered upon.

Series and parallel construction of modules.

Total time will be calculated on type of construction. If all parallel(though is not good and feasible) time required for one module is time required for all modules. If all series time required will be summation of time for all modules. If x1 time is time for first phase parallel for M0M1,M1M2,M2M3 modules and y1, y2, y3 for further series for M3M4,M4M5,M5M6 modules total time would be(x1+y1+y2+y3) for 6 above written modules.

For contract workers, Safety Officers can be deployed as group manager and contact person for controlling the group, If safety officer have prior experience with construction then it is good to have safety officer as group leader. For engineering Managers one can also have safety manager with prior qualification in bachelor of engineering and management experience and safety experience. Both managers group can be used as window of communication between Management and Contract workers and engineers. For Site project.

As line production and as inventory is maintained , logistic requirement and schedule should also be maintained for required material, and orders should be placed on requirement. Setup of quality check offices should be done for inventory management and scheduling.
