For contract workers, Safety Officers can be deployed as group manager and contact person for controlling the group, If safety officer have prior experience with construction then it is good to have safety officer as group leader. For engineering Managers one can also have safety manager with prior qualification in bachelor of engineering and management experience and safety experience. Both managers group can be used as window of communication between Management and Contract workers and engineers. For Site project.

As line production and as inventory is maintained , logistic requirement and schedule should also be maintained for required material, and orders should be placed on requirement. Setup of quality check offices should be done for inventory management and scheduling.
