1 New Product Development Process This process involves the following steps: 1. Idea generation : In this step we explain all the circumstances how idea actually come to our mind . For this purpose as manger of company I got idea from external and internal sources. Using internal sources I find new ideas through formal research and development.i poick the brain of employees from executive to scientist,engineers and manufacturing staff to sales people and even the top mangemnet. Using external source like got information from distributers,supplier and customers. For this I use the secondary and primary sources. From the result I selected to introduce a mobile phone that will get charged from the human body temperature .This idea comes in mind because cell phone is the basic necessity of our lives. But now a days our country is passing through a bad phase of energy crisis (electricity load shedding) so if battery of our mobile get discharged then it is just impossible to charge without electricity.To over come this issue I felt the need of a mobile phone that gets charged from the body temperature of human body. 2. New Product Development Process

This process involves the following steps:

1. Idea generation : In this step we explain all the circumstances how idea actually come to our mind . For this purpose as manger of company I got idea from external and internal sources.

From the result I selected to introduce a mobile phone that will get charged from the human body temperature .This idea comes in mind because cell phone is the basic necessity of our lives. But now a days our country is passing through a bad phase of energy crisis (electricity load shedding) so if battery of our mobile get discharged then it is just impossible to charge without electricity.To over come this issue I felt the need of a mobile phone that gets charged from the body temperature of human body.

2. Idea Screening : I have following ideas in my mind for a new product

Intoduce usb port or sytem in mobile phones. Laptop security system. Ptcl Modem with saved charging. Cell phone charged with human body temperature.

\ But I select the most suitable idea which is to charge a cell phone with human body

temperature.because it is not very expensive and give best benefit in load shedding crises.

3. Concept Development & Testing :In this the product idea,product image and product concept of modified product is described. This cell phone is similar to a simple mobile phone but have an additional feature of Power Felt(sensor) is a “thermoelectric” device, which means that it can take the difference in temperature between, say, your body temperature and the room temperature, and use that to create a charge. This sensor start getting charged if it touch the body for some minutes with in a temperature of 98°F –above. We waste a lot of energy in the form of heat because The human body generates more bio-electricity than a 120 volt battery . Generally thermoelectric are an underdeveloped technology for harvesting energy, yet there is so much opportunity. If the Power Felt is efficient enough, you could potentially power your cell phone So, hereafter we have no need for searching the enhancement chargers for charging our

mobile phone. Also the need for keeping the chargers as a part of our luggage while travelling. the charged battery has same power as the battery gets power from .electricity.When the battery is fully charged the sensor stops from over charging.

Concept testing:Test the new product with groups of target customers.so after making some phones to young male and female customers.after this we got some positive result from them and they appreciate our product.

4. Marketing Strategy Development:Energy is ejected in the form of heat energy, So this equipment combines this heat energy to conserve the electrical energy. The market value is expected to increase, thereby holding a significant market share in the industry. In starting, it is essential to bring to similar price points of other existing product category to sustain in the market. Marketing mis is discussedAs there is no direct competition so at initial stages there will be a huge pool of profit ,so customers will focus the only product existing in the market. It will fulfill the need of the customers & will build a profitable relation because mobile usage is the most doing activity & every one want a cell phone with long lasting battery timing. But this cell phone has self sustaining battery which get charged simply from body temperature. It costs only 15000/- Rs. Only .

5. Business Analysis:

This business will highly dynamic & highly profitable .We will bring the brand to life in-store through point of sale materials and creative, eye catching displays & to execute target customer lists and make sure that our product is always front-of-mind .Took surveys and feedback from customers. End-users are also important players in this game, because they ultimately can determine the success or failure of mobile business. Indeed, the successful strategic approaches to provide the physical mobile devices to end user that will satisfy them to a greater level. We will set the legal framework which provides the population and the economy a good deal .

Geographic: thermo moblies has no specific geographic target area in Bangladesh but we prefer both urban area and rural area. People can use this mobiles in all area of our country.

Demographic: People of all classes may use it. Male, female and young people can beable to use it.People who are educated are major concerning customer. People who are involvedin earning and lead a prosperous life also our concerning customer.

Behavior factor:Young people specially students and educated people will prefer our product most.This thermo mobiles is easy to use. Old as well as matured people will also like it because of its importance.

Phsycographic:After all we divided the market into group basedon customer knowledge, attitude, use or response to a product.

Its segmentation is divided into1. Gender (men & women)2. Social class (Upper, middle and lower)3. Density (urban area and city area)4. Attitude toward product (positive, adaptable with new things.)5. Generation(young)

Our market segment is quite measurable because our main target customer is 15–64 aged people and itsapproximate size is 63.6% of total population. In order toactionable our marketing program our market segmentwill help us. We can introduce different marketing strategy and promotionalstrategy according to men and women choice, preference and needs.So our market segment is measurable, accessible, actionable, and differentiable. 6. Product Development & Test Marketing:

In this we modified the existing product and introduced the thermo sensor in it .This idea for introducing the mobile charged with body temperature is absolutely applicable because people are in dire need of it. It is easy to safe.As this is a unique product in mobile phone industry so we can attract maximum number of customers .But in future we have a threat that any other company may introduce the product more captivating than this cell phone may be cell phone that get charged through the pulse rate or heart beat .But recently there is no product like this in the market so I think this will be the only dominating brand in mobile industry with a distinguishing characteristic of charging.

7.Commercialization:

After testing market value of our product through feed back of our target customers either they accept our product or deny the product idea ,we will finally decide to produce our product at bulk level & introduce it in the market. We will use promotional tools to make people aware about characteristics & unique features of our product through print media(Newspaper, magazine etc.) or through T.V. & radio.
