Senate bill No. 326, to be entitled an act to authorize Adam O'Xetli aud Catherine Betzel, his wife, to change the name of their adopted child, Anna Betz, to Anna O'Xeth.

L A CERTAIN JUDGMENT, rendered by the honorable the United States Circuit Court, Fifth Circuit and District of Louisiana, in favor of de­fendant herein, Myra Clark Gaines, and against William Crepple, iu the suit entitled Myra Clark Gaines vs. M. I. de Lizardi et ah, Nn. 2734 ef the docket of said United states Circuit Court., for tho sum of sevenieeu thousand three hundred and fifty-three dollars and thirty five cents ($17,353 35), with five per cent per annum interest on fifteen thousand three hundred and fifty-three dollars and thirty three cents ($ 15,353 33) from the nisi of June, 1379, until paid.
