Gentle Reminders:

Grades VI to XII: Weekly test scheduled for Monday, 31st October 2016 will now be

conducted on Tuesday, 1st November 2016.

Grade IX: DPS Science and Mathematics Talent Examination is scheduled on 9th November 2016.

KG to Grade V and XI & XII: Date Sheet for the Summative Assessment II (KG to V) and Term II

exam (XI & XII) has been sent on Parent portal id.

Acer examination for grades III to X (optional) is to be held on 15th ,16th and 17th November

2016. Please check the parents portal id for more details check circular ref.NMS:CRP:055:16:17,

dated 8th September 2016.

Third language( French / Sanskrit) assessment for grades IV & V will be Conducted on

1st December 2016.

Six students scored perfect SAT score of 2400/2400 held on 1st October 2016. Our

Science and Computer Science week was organized for grades I to XII. During this week

Individual and group activities were conducted throughout the week as planned .Special

assemblies ,special events like scientific facts, videos on best out of waste , acting of biography

of Thomas Alwa Edison, Skit on Myth verses Science etc were presented by the students of

various grades.

Grade III to V students prepared models of nest, various designs using cereals and pulses, skeleton

structure using pasta, as well as experiments like lava lamp, walking water and carbon dioxide as gas

extinguisher.

Grade VI to VIII students made working models on given topics and decorated the softboards on various

topics given to them for each grade.

Inter house Science and computer Quiz was conducted for grades III to V, VI to VIII and IX to XII. Science

aptitude test was conducted by integrated Programme for grades VI to VIII.

Grade IX to X students made working models on various science topics, wall magazine on science in

everyday life, Nobel Laurites, semiconductor electronics etc. Grade X students had a group discussion

on Earth: Cherish or Perish. Grade XI to XII students had symposium on given topics of science and

computer science.

An Assembly was conducted by the students of IC for grades I & II to celebrate DIWALI .

A special assembly was conducted by Lincoln House for grades III to V to celebrate DIWALI and

Science and Computer Science Week.

An assembly was conducted by KG I C for the students of Kindergarten to celebrate Diwali.

An assembly was conducted by Lincoln House for grades VI to XII to celebrate Science and

Computer Science week and Diwali.
