Minutes of meeting for Intelligent Pigging activities(Contract ENG # 1/2010)Meeting was held between Abu Qir Petroleum rep's & TDWilliamson to discuss all the relevant issues to start the subject contract activities.

Attendees:

- Ahmed Ezzat (Inspection Department head) Abu Qir Petroleum- Mohamed Samy (Senior Inspection Engineer) Abu Qir Petroleum- Ahmed Negm (Senior Inspection Engineer) Abu Qir Petroleum- Matthew Wicks (Projects Manager) TDWillimason- David J. Price (Sales Manager) TDWilliamson- Mohamed Hesham (Technical sales Engineer) EPS

The following was discussed and agreed upon:

1. Starting date was proposed to be during the 3rd week of May.

2. TDWillimason was requested to submit the following documents within two weeks:

a. A proposed schedule & plan for all activities.b. Detailed field work procedure for all activities (Cleaning, Gauging, CDP,etc)c. Launching & receiving procedure.

d. Tools datasheets & specifications.

e. Draft example final report.

f. Contingency plan in case of a pig stuck.3. TDWilliamson submitted technical questionnaires for the three lines to be filled by Abu Qir Petroleum within two weeks. Afterward, TDWillimason will submit their required operating parameters to achieve accurate results from the CDP run, e.g.:a. The required tool velocity.b. Required flow rate in MMSCFD.

c. Required Differential pressure.4. TDWilliamson was requested to submit an offer for an additional assessment to make the necessary calculations to identify the Degradation rates based on comparisons with the previous Intelligent pigging results.
