10:00am-11:00am Session 2 SOCIAL KNOWLEDGE: ORGANIZATIONAL CURRENCIES IN THE Room D NEW KNOWLEDGE
Presented by: Ken Russell, President, Wichita SIM and Author of Social Knowledge: Organizational Currencies for the New Knowledge Economy
Discussion: It is no longer just about what an individual or a company knows; it’s what is being shared that is the new organization currency. “Social Knowledge” describes a new road for knowledge and information sharing across the enterprise space. Organizations large and small are discovering new value in the knowledge existing in the expected (formal) and unexpected (informal) communities created by knowledge workers. Social Knowledge will give you two kinds of insights: knowledge of your community and knowledge about your community. The first is important because it will help you find and develop expertise. The second is important because it will help you wield influence. Effective executives need both and this presentation (and the book) tells the audience how.
Session 3 PHASES OF TECHNOLOGY EVOLUTION, WHAT IS ON THE HORIZON?Room F Presented by: John Bowen, President, Management Envision
Discussion: In this session, John will be discussing the phases of technology and where it is headed. Questions such as “How does technology age impact successor?”, “Where are we today?” and “Evidence of an emerging new age will be mentioned as he explains the pace of technology evolution.

11:30am-12:30pm Session 1 GAME CHANGER LEADERSHIP: A FRAMEWORK FOR SYNERGY, Room B SIMPLICITY AND SUCCESS
Presented by: Kathie Topel, Author & Founder, IMPACTinsights
Discussion: Mission, Vision, Process, Technology, Innovation, Collaboration, Dashboards, Accountability, Social Media, Product Delivery, Mobility, Client Satisfaction, Idea Generation, Workforce Development, and the list goes on. The role of the Leader in today’s global marketplace is filled with complementary and conflicting ideas, thoughts, theories and opinions that are changing faster than ever before. This rapid change is a testimonial to the world’s ability to communicate knowledge and share ideas at a ferocious rate. If we, as leaders, do not keep up with this pace, we will not be able to bring maximum value to the business and will get leap frogged by our competition.
This leadership challenge is not going to stop! We need to evolve into a role where we not only grow our ability to lead in a way that supports the fast pace of change, but will also grow the ability of each and every individual to lead in the competitive and chaotic global market. It is no longer acceptable to be a leader at the top. We need to become Game Changer Leaders. We categorize this leadership as Game Changer when we encourage everyone to lead as if they are an individual entrepreneur and the corporation is their own individual business. A Game Changer leader must foster engagement, passion, and ownership, while setting expectations of team responsibility, delivery of results and dedication to the success of the corporate mission and vision. When this happens, unprecedented results occur.
If this sounds like a tall order you are not alone. This session will share a Game Changer Framework that takes a large assortment of ideas and draws them together into one picture. It takes what seems like chaos and creates clarity with simplicity everyone can understand. This framework fosters unbelievable results from the most unexpected individuals. It will provide each and every participant with a new way to think about their role in strategy execution for achieving Synergy through Simplicity, for Success now and into the future.
Session 2 DEFINING YOUR IT LEADERSHIP BRANDRoom D Presented by: Brian Watson, Columnist, CIO.com
Steve Bandrowczak, SVP, Hewlett Packard’s Global Business Services Unit; Former CIO, Avent; DHL; Lenovo & Nortel

Brian Watson will share learnings from his years of collaborating with world-class CIOs, and the duo will discuss the key attributes of CIO leadership that are necessary in this era of unprecedented technology change and increasing pressures on IT organizations.

12:30pm-2:00pm LUNCHEON KEYNOTE: BIMODAL IT: HOW THE PROGRESSIVE CIO CAN Room E BREAK THE 80/20 RULE
Presented by: Bruce Flitcroft, CEO, Alliant Technologies
Discussion: Bimodal IT is the practice of managing two separate, coherent modes of IT delivery, one focused on stability and the other on agility. The truth is, the CIO cannot confront the range of needs presented by digital business with a single, conventional mode of IT. According to Gartner, “by 2017, 75% of IT organizations will have a bimodal capability. Half will make a mess.”
This is compounded by the fact that 80% of the average enterprise IT budget is spent on maintenance, or keeping the lights on (KTLO). This leaves only 20% for strategic projects that move the business forward. Learn how you can successfully execute bimodal IT to break the 80/20 rule and make your IT organization the exception.

4:00pm-5:00pm CLOSING KEYNOTE: FROM THE ENTERPRISE PERIMETER TO A VIRTUAL, Room E DISTRIBUTED, SECURE CLOUD
Presented by: Edward Amoroso, SVP/Chief Security Officer, AT&T
Discussion: The gradual erosion of the enterprise perimeter is shown to have enabled external penetration, east-west traversal, and simple exfiltration in APT attacks. A proposed protection approach is outlined using virtual, micro-perimeters in a distributed, cloud-based arrangement for enterprise protections. The approach is stepwise illustrated to reduce the risk of east-west traversal and APT attack consequence.
