Sea bed Survey & Positioning and MappingClient IBPS, NSQ, IOOC Location Qeshm Oil Field, Persian GulfSea bed over all Survey and mapping including positioning of Well head.

This project was included a sea bed survey deploying SONAR system in order to map the sea bed and position well head and condition of cement around well head (including size, height) and height of casing from sea bed. Total zero visibility. This project was done by a 3 men team and usage of our Side Scan Sonar system in 2 days. (Depth: 58 Meters)

Sea bed Survey & Monitoring Client COSL, GPT, NIDC Location South Pars gas Field, Phases 17 & 18, Persian Gulf Sea Bed Inspection and Survey for installation of COSL FORCE JACKUP RIG.

Due to problem while installation on location, Pre installation Sea bottom survey using our Inspection ROV, deploying Echo sounder, Sonar and CCTV for record and reporting to customer were done. Still photography when needed was performed; also a post installation report was prepared by an overall inspection. Reports were delivered on DVD and Hard copy, Including Sonar images. Jackup Rig Legs and Spot cans InspectionClient ABAN, IOOC Location Sirri Oil Field, Persian GulfSea Bed Inspection and Survey for installation of COSL FORCE JACKUP RIG.

Post installation survey of Spot cans conditions plus all 3 legs over all conditions was done by our diving team on Super Jack up Rig Deep Driller 4. Our 5 man Team of divers including supervisor were on this job. CCTV, UW Camera and Lighting were used and a report on DVD along with Hard copy was delivered. (Depth: 50 Meters)

Inspection and Survey Client PERSIAN OFFSHORE, IOTC Location Eastern & Southern Jetties, Kharg Island, Persian GulfEastern & Western Jetties Survey and Inspection.

Inspection and overall survey of piles and jetties legs as pre maintenance, CP metering and thickness measuring along with Anodes condition report. Later maintenance, scrapping and clearing jetties from any marine growth, installation of new anodes and test them again. Report all operation by post survey using CCTV and Still camera. Not only the operation side but also much documentation and engineering were done with our team. This was a 14 months job, where the Site manager and Diving Supervisor were from Iratech Team. All jobs were done by Air spread Divers. (Depth: Max 30 meters).

Engineering, Fabrication and InstallationClient DOS, DANA Location South Pars Gas Field, Phases 15 & 16, Persian GulfDesign, Fabrication and Installation of Cementing Unit on PN3 JACKUP RIG.

Our Team including Engineers, Welders and Inspectors managed to design base and requirements for installation of a Cement Unit on a Drilling Rig. Measuring, Fabrication including Welding of all Bases on Deck, Connecting Lines, removal of obstacles and finally MPI inspection for certifying the Welding all were done onboard in a 2 weeks time according to client requirements and schedule. Jackets Installation Support Client ALFA DARYA, SGK, IOEC Location South Pars Gas Field, Phases 15 & 16, Persian GulfJacket Installation in South Pars Phases 15/16 (SPD15/SPD16).

The project for installation of 2 Jackets (SPD15/SPD16) was offered to SANAT GOSTAR KISH Company. The Technical Proposal for Bidding was done with our experts, including providing QHSE manual, Risk Assessment, safety procedures. We supply three members of team (One Supervisor + two Divers), all certified commercial divers/supervisor according to HSE/IMCA regulation where they have done an excellent job and letter of appreciation was issued for them for a 2 month accident free job. Free Span Correction + Spool Piece MetrologyClient ALFA DARYA, SPEC, IOEC Location Sirri Island, Persian GulfMetrology of Spool Piece for SPEC co. plus Free Span correction.

We provide 2 member (One Supervisor & Diver Medic, One Diver) for 5 Man team, working for Free span and crossing correction of 32” pipe line from Assaluyeh to Sirri, where it did cross a 4” Electrical supply and Fiber Optic the crossing was corrected and free span rectified. As for SPEC Company measuring the Spool piece was done with CCTV monitoring. A video was provided for client satisfaction (available for sample). The whole job was for IOEC which ALFA DARYA Co. was acting as contractor.

Diving activities was included Beach Pulling operation for laying 32"&4" gas pipeline for length of 2200 meters from sea to the beach and daily inspection of stinger situation and pipe touchdown point. This was 2 months project, which was appreciated by a Recommendation Letter upon completion. Part of job included Trench Inspection, Survey and Reporting. This Project was contracted for the ONLY IMCA Certificate which belong to One of our Team member as First Iranian who have been certified by IMCA/HSE/IDSA/DOL with competitive training abroad. Mobin Petrochemical Cooling System Development Client SADRA Location Assaluyeh, South Pars, Persian Gulf Installation of Culverts for Cooling system of Mobin Petrochemicals Refinery

This was the biggest Construction project done in IRAN so far, where concrete modules were placed on sea bottom to reach depth of 53 meters to provide constant cooling water for refinery cooling system. A four months Project. The only team member who was IMCA certified belong to IRATECH. We provide 3 Member of Diving team in Underwater 1000 Tons and 6000 Tons Culverts installation. Cutting of 9 hatch’s with weight of approximately 8 Tons and removal of hatches from depth of 26 meters. During underwater cuttings, number of 18000 pieces cutting rods has been consumed during 40 days. Video recording, monitoring & installation of omega seal for Mobin Project. (Depth: 50 Meters)
